What a standard is being set by EMAC

What a standard is being set by EMAC! Fantastic! I sold my car so needed to stop my plan. The lady (sorry didn’t get name) explained how refund will be handled, how much it is and when to expect it to be credited to my account. All without having to prod for answers. Call must have lasted 3mins max. Thank you EMAC!

I have had two EMAC service plans…

I have had two EMAC service plans since I bought our car and never been a problem with the way they have handled all the services I have received you pay small amount each month and you don't get a massive shock!! When you take it into a main dealer!!!I even rang to cancel our plan as we have sold the car I rang and spoke to a delightful person and as I won't be having the BIG service in 2026 and I have paid up I'm even getting a (refund) thanks EMAC for your past service well chuffed!!!
