Contacted EMAC to enquire what to do with or car service plan when we sell our BMW. Girl was very helpful. Called back when we purchased new car which came with service plan so called and spoke to Daniel on 31 Jan to cancel agreement. He advised what would happen next and the refund arrived in our account 12 days later. Great service
