Cancellation of service plan was really smooth

Contacted EMAC to enquire what to do with or car service plan when we sell our BMW. Girl was very helpful. Called back when we purchased new car which came with service plan so called and spoke to Daniel on 31 Jan to cancel agreement. He advised what would happen next and the refund arrived in our account 12 days later. Great service

Quick and simple to cancel due to changing cars. Great comms so far and just waiting for the refund that I am confident will arrive well within the estimated time.Received refund well within the suggested timeframe.New policy taken out on my new car asked if I could change DD date no issue at all. I wish everything could be this easy.
