Absolutely gutted and disappointed with their services. Have been calling and emailing for over 2 weeks and no response! No one to contact to hold accountable. Paid them £600 for a plan for no reason. Issuing an official complaint!
I honestly can’t complain with the service I have received from when joining EMaC on a service plan was made easy and efficient to join smooth process.I have now just cancelled my membership only due to the fact I no longer require the service plan otherwise I would have continued use EMaC, I would like to give a shout out to Kay the operator who guided me through the cancellation process and made everything so simple easy and quick 10/10 customer service
Fantastic service. I paid a monthly subscription for service to my BMW which covered the services with no hassle. When ireturned my car early EMaC refunded my overpayment quickly. Much appreciated as I needed the cash. thank you and I would use them again.
