Direct Debit.

Spoke to a nice lady about a direct debit that came out of my bank that shouldn't have. She explained what had happened and arranged a refund. Money is back in bank now. Very helpful.

Productive call with Jason @ EMAC

I spoke with Jason @ EMAC, as I had established that a previous Service Plan had become both dormant and "overpaid" and my "live" Plan was fine. Jason totally grasped why I was calling and checked to which bank a/c the "dormant Plan's balance" needed to be processed. A quick call - and Jason was great!My only "niggle": The initial call "triage" menu, and the time it takes to get through all of the hoops and loops are tortuously slow + painful.... and doesn't allow a selection until the full script has been read out by the automated voice! Please address this - it's more than a tad irritating! Thanks :-)

I needed to contact EMaC to complete the service plan on my old Lexus, to enable Lexus to open a new plan for my new car. I spoke to Amy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process very easy.

I paid £699 when I bought the plan out…

I paid £699 when I bought the plan out with Sytner Mercedes. I never used the repair for the first year. And when I did and confirmed the job has been authorised. The chap from the company they sent out the work to kept making complaints and looking for ways out not to do the job.In the end I cancelled the plan, got a pro rata refund, and they also charged me £36 admin fee, for their short comings.Please be aware its probably not worth to take out a plan with this company.
