Changing bank accounts over

Changing bank accounts over and the direct debit got missed. The customer service handler was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Made a boring but necessary admin task so much more enjoyable and efficient. Thank you!

I have used Emac for quite a few years

I have used Emac for quite a few years, for my Citroen C5 and Peugeot 3008 servicing. We have gone down to one car now. I didn't realise I was still paying the direct debit, I phoned Emac up and the lady I spoke to was so helpful she cancelled the service plan and arranged a refund. It was nice to speak to a company which has your best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend, well done Emac keep the good work up. John Price

Double trouble

When they contacted me to say i needed to renew my service plan they knew nothing about the existing plan, as a result signed me up for a new plan that overlapped with my old plan which meant i missed out on a paid for scheduled service. When i pointed this out to me they apologised and stated they would rectify this, but as a result we need to take your details again. I gave them and they did not cancel anything. As a result I know have 3 service.plans on the same car, all overlapping and they are taking 3 sets of payments instead of one. Even though I have the referance numbers tryong to get this sorted on thier helpline is genuinly impossible. This should be straigtforward to sort out, but as they proved they were incompetent to begin with they are absolutely demonstrating it now.
