Review Time
Only a few months ago, my biggest problem was my relationship with food. I have a history of a bulimia for many years, paired with many restrictions as well. I have always thought I hate foods, and eating and cooking was such a chore for me. Now, 3+ months working with Empower, I can say things have changed. I am starting to like food. My focus has shifted from trying to eat as little as possible, avoid food and restrict myself, to now eating regularily, choosing smarter options and including more carbs into my diet. I wanted to give up so many times, I thought I will never go out the hamster wheal and, but I stayed consistent, did my check-ins religiously, and slowly but surely, the progress has started to show up. My coach Tash put time and effort to find a meal plan that suits to ME and MY NEEDS and I can't be thankful enough. She's always understanding and helpful. I have never, not for a single second, felt judged for anything, and it's so refresing.Check in forms are great way to track your Progress, but not only phisically, but mentally as well. It has thought me to track my cycle for example, and now when I lack energy or feel more negative then usual - I go easier through these times, because I know why I feel that way. I have learned so much, and so much about myself especially. Joining to Empower was probably one of the best decisions, and I would definately recommend them to anyone who struggles with their fitness goals. But it also goes so beyond only fitness, and it can change your whole life.
Empower online coaching has impacted my life in so many ways. Not only am I getting healthier and stronger, reaching goals and enjoying the gym.. It’s also been a complete mindset overhaul around food & nutrition and since I’ve been on their coaching program, I have eaten so well! I enjoy all my favourite foods which in the past I would’ve deemed ‘bad’ and feel so much better for it! Their weekly check in’s mean I am in constant communication with my coach and she has helped me not only with health and fitness but also has been there for me through the ups and downs I’ve faced and has been a constant encouragement to not give up on my goals. I would 100% recommend them and currently do to everyone I meet!
I can just tell you it will be the best decision you’ve ever made. A lil bit expensive tbh but it’s really worth it and honestly if you want to gain confidence and feel so good, why not spending money on yourself? The meal plans are sooo delicious and you can also make your own meal and track your calories. The coach is amazing(Lizzy💗✨) and helps me everytime I need support.

I have loved the experience with Empower!😍I have trained for many years, and am well acquainted with training. I have been with Empower for almost 2 years. They have been kind and good supporters for me through a period of time in my life where I was not doing well. With Empower, I found a way back to routines in everyday life that I needed. I got a meal plan that gave me energy and made me feel good. And with a proper training regime, I have also pushed new limits in the gym. In the process I have lost weight and at the same time built muscle. In addition to what food and exercise do for the body, I have also received good mental support which has meant that I have developed in a positive direction with the right mindset. Empower coaching is amazing! The coaches are incredible, kind, so understanding, and supportive. They really take time to understand you and your life. The exercise and food elements are not obsessive. They create a plan that becomes so natural to everyday life. I highly recommend, they are amazing!!
I really have loved my journey with empower so far, they’re all so lovely, informative, understanding and motivating, just what you want! The meal plan and exercise plans are also well created and tailored to you. I love that you can message any time and they’re so good at giving advice. I am so much mentally better since starting this journey and I have lost a fair bit of weight so far despite my inconsistency at times. The meal plans are super yummy and I’m never left feeling hungry. Thank you empower! Can’t wait to continue this journey!
