I've had a great experience. It's helpful to have encouragement whenever I need it and they change the meals and workouts to help fit my needs and preferences. I don't eat beef and have had a few injuries and they've worked with me through it all. I'm just over 5kg down and feel happy and healthy.
My experience with empower has been nothing short of life changing. My coach Flo has been incredible and her support has gone so much further than just working towards changing my outward appearance. She has worked with me toimprove my mental health and helped me develop healthy habits I can implement for life. I have been with Empower for a couple of years now, and it has truly been the best! Emma and team have helped me not only physically but also mentally and my relationship with food, my body and outlook on life has completely changed. From well-being checkins to the amazing recipes and workouts - would highly reccomend to anyone! The plans cater for anything you can think of, and Empowers approach to dieting is one that is attainable and allows you to enjoy life whilst still making changes to your body! Lucy is auch a Great Trainer. Always available and there for me. Not only regarding my fitness goals but also for me as a person. Really appreciate that! Also the fact that crash dieting and not eating enough is a no no at empower helped me a lot regarding my relationship to food.
I have suffered with a binge eating and restrict cycle for years and never thought I would be able to get out of the tiresome loop but since starting with Emma and Kirsty I have made SO much progress with my mindset aswell as physically and I’ve only been on this journey coming up to 3 months now! The workouts I LOVE doing and I’m hitting pb’s almost every week now! And the meals are so good that I get given! I never feel like I’m going without or restricting food. It’s teaching me alot about including all foods and never giving up the things you love. Il 100% be adding on more months to my coaching and recommend this for people going through the same as I have x
I have really enjoyed my membership with empower over the last few months. My coach has tailored everything to suit my desired goals and has thoroughly understood what I would like to achieve. I enjoy completing the weekly check ins which allow me to reflect on my previous week, and love the amazing meal plans that are set to help achieve my desired results (mine being muscle gain). One of the best decisions I have made and my confidence in the gym has improved significantly😊

I have been working with my coach Tash for around 3 months now. So far im so pleased with my results and progress. It’s great having a program that fits nicely into my busy lifestyle. The workouts are great and the meal plan has some amazing recipes! looking forward to seeing what the following months bring :)
Been working with Tash for the past 6 months and she’s been great, been dropping bodyfat % while building/maintaining muscle and have felt a lot more confident these past 6 months! Really clear on what I need to do each week, helpful and informative! Her Instagram is really helpful too. Loads of knowledge about nutrition and fitness and helping to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing instead of just telling you to do XYZ without explaining why/how it will help which I like :) Close to being where I want to be and knowing I will be there soon with the help of Tash! My lifestyle and attitude towards food and exercise has changed massively too. I started empower to see only a physical change but have made positive changes in other aspects of my life: having a better diet + wanting to actually choose healthier options because I enjoying them and it makes my body feel good, having a diet that my body agrees with, exercising to be stronger and really enjoying the gym & lifting heavy weights as well as knowing the importance of routine, sleep and consistency!
