What a terrific company to deal with!

Took way too long to get a response…

Took way too long to get a response from customer service team, probably 2 weeks . Should be a live chat for help. We ended up trashing out item.Edit:22/12/2022 customer service reached out and explained what the issue was , and offered a satisfactory resolution which we accepted. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and have not lost the customer.thanks TT

Bottle Star Valve Replacement

We had an issue with multiple of our star valves on the bottom of the advanced colic bottles. After answering very few questions I had a pack of 6 sent to my house.

Nice enough

Nice enough, but still confusing. After calling in on 11/4 and 11/15. Called back on 11/21. Still no resolution and another promise to "call me" after they have obtained "a bit more information". The baby food maker that was replaced should have been a 220v, but I was sent an American model, which I was specific that I could not use. I now have 2 baby food makers, one broken, and one that my daughter cannot use.

Worked and was small

Worked and was small, easy to pack. Didn't seem to provide as much air pressure as my one at home. ~7 cm vs 10-11 cm.

I received survey before my question answered 🤔Well honestly my question has not been answered as far as can see on my inbox. So I cannot actually give an accurate review.I emailed asking if there is a way to get a replacement part for my child's sportee bottle. But did receive a response. All I received recently is asking "how did we do" survey ....
