Review Time
I've called to request a 90day report for my Cpap usage and was informed it would take a couple of days before it could be sent to me. This seems to be an unreasonable amount of time simply to generate a report and email it. The delay has resulted inb me having to reschedule a doctors appointment for a required DOT physical.
I’m going to be very honest on my option on this compay because I’ve been fighting trying to find a direct contact for this company and no number work you have to email then when you email they ask 1000 questions just for them to tell you you’re wrong about a non working product I have been trying to use the pump that was purchased bud it never Holds a charge I cannot use it without it being plugged into the wall outlet stores won’t take back the pump so you have to contact the company directly and then they treat you like crap! Very disappointed in this company highly don’t recommend anymore
I did not get a chance to respond and had to start all over with the automatic reply on Facebook messenger. It takes a day or more for responses. I was not given any details on how the replacements Erik go. I was notified by the mail man that I’m supposed to pay for the postage in order to receive the package.
