This has to be the worst company

This has to be the worst company. You guys literally do not care that y’all are almost killing kids with your products. It’s all over Facebook and everywhere the hidden stuff you are doing. The person contacting me barely is educated about anything abour this business and y’all have yet to make things right about the things you’ve done to parents. Any company doing corrupts always end up failing in the end. So disheartening because we didn’t have a problem with them until these cups almost killed my son.

Received a faulty sterilizer and was told to speak with seller.. seller tells me to speak with manufacturer. Took days to hear back from them via messenger because the phone numbers don't work.. not helpful at all and received no replacement even though it's in warranty.

Would not help me when I asked for a replacement part. My thing came without a lid brand new as a gift ans I can't return it so I'm stuck with a useless thing that will just end up in the landfill now. The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all.

I would give this company negative stars if I could

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I have been fighting with them for 3 months to get replacements for defective, leaking bottles. 3 times they have supposedly sent out replacement bottles, yet no one can provide me proof or a tracking number of them actually being sent. I had to answer a slew of questions and was even asked to video the bottle leaking as proof. What parent videos a leaking bottle while their baby is hungry and waiting for milk? Furthermore, who can afford to waste formula? The treatment I have received has been absolutely atrocious. Every time being assured of having the bottles in a week to 10 days. I will NEVER be using tommee tippee again.

Faulty item and terrible customer service

We received a bottle warmer from this Tommee Tippee as a gift. With less than a month of use it started to leak from the bottom. I contacted the company about this issue, but sadly was only offered ridiculous solutions (one was a 24hr soak with vinegar, which OBVIOUSLY wouldn’t work since the soak wouldn’t stay since the item is leaking from the bottom. The other was to CUT THE CORD — ie destroy the item — of the item and then send the company a photo with a note with today’s date on it — ludicrous. Why would ANYONE cut an electronic cord of a item that is leaking water?!?!?!?). Overall just a horrible experience with this brand. Don’t recommend this to anyone. I want this item exchanged. I am happy to send it back to the company and they need to pay for the shipping charges.

One of the nipples on the pacifier…

One of the nipples on the pacifier filled with water when we cleaned. I emailed their help system and they told me that should not happen. They sent me a new pack of pacifiers for free. Super helpful and good experience.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Provided no help and such poor product. They don’t own up to there warranty and provide such poor product. Do not buy the groclock because it will stop working and they won’t do anything about?

Company Refuses to Accept Return Despite Written Return Policy

When I placed my order, the website stated that returns could be made within 30 days of delivery using a free FedEx shipping label provided by the merchant. I reached out to the merchant a week after delivery to request a return for the still brand new UV bottle sterilizer I ordered as it was much larger than expected. I was told they had shuttered their US warehouse so I would not be able to return the item. They then told me that in order to get a refund, I'd have to cut the electrical cord of this brand new sterilizer, send them photos of the cut cord, then drive the sterilizer to a recycling center (the nearest one is a 30-60 minute drive from my house and charges a fee) to dispose of it.
