Beautiful layout. Great fares. Easy to navigate. It presents the itinerary via a PDF attachment so my iPad email doesn't notice the dates, and there's no ability to add the flights to my calendar from the website, so I have to add the calendar entries by hand.

Had 2 bookings - received payment confirmations for both but only one ticket confirmation came quickly. The second ticket came days later only because of a negative review.If I had received the second ticket confirmation as quickly as I had received the first, this would have been a better review
I was told that I could add a cabin bag to my ticket once I have booked them. But now the only option it shows is checked bag for 23 kg which I obviously don’t want. I emailed budgetair , no reply. Their chatbot doesn’t work. And there is no contact.
