Ik kan dit bedrijf absoluut niet aanbevelen, met zulke prijzen.Toen we overschakelden op een warmtepomp, gaf het bedrijf geen informatie over de ontkoppelingsprocedure. Ze zeiden alleen dat we moesten bellen, en dat er geen apparatuur hoefde te worden geretourneerd. Een maand later eisten ze een heraansluiting. Het bleek dat er een ontkoppelingsprocedure bestond. Ze stuurden een factuur van € 504. Ik probeerde uit te leggen wat de ontkoppelingsprocedure inhield - ik had alles al ontkoppeld: het apparaat was verwijderd, de leidingen waren verstopt - ze konden geen duidelijke uitleg geven over de kosten, ze presenteerden het gewoon als een feit.In feite kwam hun medewerker langs, verwijderde de handgrepen van hun leidingen en plaatste er een slot op - het duurde allemaal niet langer dan 30 minuten. En daarvoor rekenen ze € 504.Ik kan dit bedrijf absoluut niet aanbevelen, vooral niet aan degenen die een aansluiting willen. Omdat deze prijzen gewoon absurd zijn in verhouding tot de hoeveelheid werk die wordt verricht en het bedrijf er niet vies van is om er geld aan te verdienen.-----I can't recommend this company at all, with prices like theirs.When we switched to a heat pump, the company didn't provide any information on the disconnection procedure, they just said to call, they said there was no need to return any equipment. A month later, they demanded to reconnect. As it turned out, there is a disconnection procedure. They issued an invoice for 504 EUR. I tried to clarify what the disconnection procedure was - I had already disconnected everything: the device was removed, the pipes were blocked - they could not provide any clear explanations of the cost, they just presented it as a fact.In fact, their employee came, removed the handles from their pipes and put a lock on one - it all took no more than 30 minutes. And for this they charge 504 EUR.I can't recommend this company at all, especially to those who want to connect. Since this pricing is simply absurd relative to the amount of work done and the company is not shy about making money on this.
Absolutely the worst. Here's why:1. I call them, and the customer support answers. They say hi, I say hi, then they hang up. It happened twice!2. They keep increasing prices without any justification. My apartment is only 40 square meters and I'm paying them €180 for heating. Not even possible because I rarely turn on the heater
Terrible company. As a residents at Duwo we were FORCED to make a contract with them. It would not be that bad, however their customer service is complete mess and does not now what to do. The first call experience took me more than 50 minutes as the waiting time was high and eventually when it was my turn they were sending me from a person to person because no one had any idea how to make a simple contract. After the 5th employee answered and wanted to make a contract due to "technical difficulties" they were unable to make it. Therefore, I had to call multiple days in a row, as people working there are incapable. After few days of trying i finally got my contract. The employee told me I will pay 142 euros per month, which we agreed on and later in my account a nice 200 euros per month was shining into my face. Some of my neighbours after acting like a complete "Karens" were able to lower their expenses for heating even when there is minimum amount- minimum in my case is 142. Besides, currently I have used only few euros of heating, while stilll being forced to pay around 20 euros fixed costs and minimum of 142. If you have a choice of choosing another company definitely avoid this one!
If I could give -5 stars I could. The worst service ever. Chatbot even sucks but It can reach more info than the people agents. They can't even activate my client account in 3 weeks so you can't login the app and it says 'you are not a customer'. Everyday the activation date gets postponed. You can't even cancel the contract you couldn't use at all. Completely out of this world. Unimaginable.
