Once I eventually got through they were…

Once I eventually got through they were efficient and helpful. The only problem is getting through. They have a very annoying menu system that you have to talk to but it clearly can’t understand an Essex accent which is rather ironic. Then on hold for 10 mins. Then when I did get through he promptly cut me off when trying to transfer me so I had to call again

A terrible company

HiI wish the system let me do zero start, they are not a good company at all.but most of the area you don't have other choice as they are the only company to provide the water supply. They have high water rate Very expensive. Better go for other if you can but I am sure no one can move out to other supplier

Extortion racketeers - AVOID!

My experience with them is so shockingly poor, that I feel they should pay all their customers an annual lump sum as compensation for the suffering we have to endure. Woeful. Inept. Dishonest. Incompetent. If fraudulent and dishonesty had a customer service league, this lot would be at the top with little chance of being relegated. They really are that bad. Yes, they are some positive reviews here, possibly by friends and workers, but I believe the majority of customers would agree they really ought to not be in business. My frustration goes back years and from the off, they decided that, no, I am not a single occupier in my flat. In their crooked accounting world, I am using as much water as the London Fire Service and have a few laundry businesses in my flat as well. Even when I have been away for months at a time, they continue to pressure me to pay them more money, sending out threats upon threats and demanding to see my wage slips as if I am applying for a loan.I told them £20 per month is enough, but they're not having it. They then decided to join my account number with someone else's and claim they didn't and produced a brand new number and increased the annual bill, so that it shows that I am always in debt to them. I asked what happened to the old number, no response.I asked them to please tell me what was the average cost the other 21 residents paid monthly. That would flag up the disparity because I know a family of 5 paying exactly the same as I do in a three bedroomed house not far away. They refused citing data laws when I merely was asking for an average sum figure and not personalized information. After about 5 years and thoroughly cheesed off with this mafia fleecing racket, I decided I would take them to court. That is why I wanted the average payments of other residents as part of my evidence gathering to produce for the case. I felt that if they are confident that all of their demands are correct and that I am not being ripped off mercilessly by them, then they would welcome the opportunity to come to court and explain and prove it. I am sure they have qualified lawyers. I am not a lawyer, so what could possibly go wrong. Within a short time, they sent an email asking me to tell them what I will be presenting to the court. Yes, you read that right!I should outline to them - for their benefit - every line of evidence I have against them so that they can "know" before the court date and prepare for it. In other words, I shouldn't surprise them with evidence at the hearing that will show they are merely con artists. My response was well that is not how I managed in the past to win in court against several other companies by handing them my files with all of my evidence. You have had the Claim Form, read it. Clearly this irked them because the next week or so, I got details from the court advising that they had cancelled my case against them. Clearly I am paying enough, so why should they go through the bother of attending court. The question is though, will I allow them to continue extorting money from me.
