Hanging on the phone for ages to speak to someone to get my customer number so I can do things online. Have given up for now because I've got other things to do. No excuse for this sort of delay getting through and water is a monopoly, I have to use this company so can't vote with my feet. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!
Absolutely dire customer service - currently on minute 40 waiting to speak to someone with no clue about how long it’s going to be to speak to someone. Either hire some staff or give me some expectation of the amount of time I’ll be spending on this phone!
