Great variety of cool experiences - highly recommend.

I have attended a couple of events recently through Eventbrite. The first was Intentional Friending and the second was Secrets of London guided walking tour. Both were 10/10 and I highly recommend them. Admin via Eventbrite was all easy and straightforward too. I’m now finding so many varied and interesting things to do via them. Off to a talk on narcissism with the amazing Dr Ramani next week and a UK garage boat event in July. Eventbrite is becoming my go-to! Thanks! 🤩

The nightmare you weren’t ready for

It’s actually insane how terrible this company is. I paid for 3 events to be listed on their site and they sent a login link email that my server blocked. I’m now permanently locked out my account because I can’t click that link. They have no backup options and have said they can’t help via phone, email and social media support sites. I’ve literally been trying to fix it for 7 hours. I’m speechless.

Rubbish company

Looking at the reviews they are all 1 star and I can see why!!! Absolutely useless keep going round in circles trying to get my tickets. Take my advice and don't get mixed up with evenbrite. You really need to get your act together

I would give zero stars if it was an…

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely awful! Forced to use Eventbrite to book parking tickets. They take your money, send you confirmation emails but do not provide the tickets. Only a frustrating A.I. bot to 'chat' with. Why any business or event would use these rip-off merchants is a total mystery.

Inefficient and annoying company

Inefficient and annoying company. Everytime I try to log into this website, I need to go through one of these ridiculous boot tests, and after that I cannot simply log in, I still need to receive an email on my email account. Every single day this happens!!! Infurtiating. Surely, you want to avoid working with them at all costs. Some companies are so weak, that they transfer all the work - their faults to the clients. Get a proper system before launching an online platorm. Do you think that people will want to lose 15 minutes of their time just to book a sh***** ticket, which was suppose to take 10 sec?

Avoid eventbrite at all costs.We used eventbrite to book 2 events in London. Turns out both events were scams. Eventbrite is refusing to refund us our money. We will never use this website again

The event i was attending cancelled , i did nt recive any info on this happening , ive tried to get a refund but there isnt a number to call, only a form to fill out on line of which filled out on different occasions and got no response. its been 3 months

Awful. I tell it to show events in my area and it is showing events that are 20 miles away. Why this inability to limit your search to within a few miles of your location?

DO NOT USE

They do not inform you of event cancellations. They do not give your money back either no matter what you do. I'm not the only one saying this either, who is keeping all our money exactly?, I'm amazed they are not being investigated
