After sending 4 emails about the Bells pumpkin patch Event & even getting Bells to email them asking them to contact me there has been no contact - I won't be booking through event bright again

Be careful booking with this company even though your ticket is free

So, I didn’t have to pay for my ticket for the BOB EXPO 7.9.24 and I was really looking forward to this as the last one was cancelled. As I got closer to the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. I realised I was the only person walking towards the area give or take a few more people coming from different directions. To cut a long disappointed story short, it had been cancelled. The security told us we weren’t the only ones, as people came from different cities ie: Manchester Leeds Birmingham London ect. Ok, I live over the water on the Wirral so I didn’t have far to go back home. But I still had to pay for transport and parking. Felt so sorry for the others who had travelled further. Getting touch with Eventbrite is impossible. Eventually found an email address. Still haven’t heard from them. Not good, not good at all. Come on Eventbrite tell us what happened!!

This company has very poor service

This company has very poor service. I arrived to an event and was very disappointed to find it had been moved. We had no notification this was the case. They have also made it really hard for someone to complain to will not be using this app again.

Buyer Beware…Booked to go to the Vulcan Bomber Taxi…

Booked to go to the Vulcan Bomber Taxi run but only just got the email with the link to my tickets. But I needed to cancel and get refund… good luck on that one.Suspicion now kicks in “No Phone Contact Number” … and online you just keep going in circles . So be warned any event that uses this lot… Run Away save your time and money!!!!

Buyer Beware

I brought the tickets in good faith knowing that there were no general refunds, but when it's been pouring with rain all day, with howling bitter winds, then it's reasonable to request a refund. Clearly it isn't. I won't be attending any more of their events.

You will loose your money

Booked and paid for a walking tour. The guide didn’t turn up and Eventbrite will not refund money. Do not book with them as the tour won’t happen and you will loose your money.

The Eventbrite app is useless

The Eventbrite app is useless. Was going around in circles, trying to sign in, and the app is difficult to navigate. It was by fluke that I managed to find the ticket I'd purchased. Don't understand why they can't just send a qr code or pdf when you make the booking. Will think twice before I buy tickets for another event from them.

Event Brite sucks

Event Brite sucks! They have no customer service. The daye for Event is not listed on tix. Simple process made complicated by their inept listing. Trying to make money and not provide service terrible company. I'd never use them if not forced to.

Useless app and no-one to complain to

Useless app and no-one to complain to. I use it to book swimming sessions but often half the timed sessions are missing so not possible you book in advance. Not sure why do many providers use it and why there are no alternatives. I see it's pretty universally rated as 1 star so why do people keep using to sell their tickets?
