Eventbrite is just so unfriendly to its users. Unfortunately, a membership I belong to uses it. I wish they’d use Zoom or anything else instead. Eventbrite seems to be designed specifically to be inflexible and to hide its features, such as they are. The technical quality of videos is poor, don’t know whether that’s their or organisers’ fault, but whatever, I find it a poor experience all round.
Don't book anything through Eventbrite. I recently discovered the hard way that many events listed with them are not verified and anyone can create an event associated with another. Got to a venue only to be told they weren't using Eventbrite for bookings despite what I thought was a genuine listing. They told me whoever set it up on Eventbrite wasn't officially recognised yet Eventbrite let them do it. Eventbrite have no control over who lists venues and they just pocket the cash regardless. It's almost borderline a 'scam' events site. I would strongly recommend finding another event booking system and avoid anything related to Eventbrite like I will do in the future.
Do not ever use this dating company. They are a lie. I initially booked the wrong Friday and instantly saw my mistake and cancelled the order and so applied for a refund. They refused it and said their policy is no refunds. Credit card company are having no luck dealing with them.On to the actual dating night I went o when i booked the correct night. Basically I turned up in a restaurant and they had reserved 2 table for everyone. That's it. No host. No introductions. There were 6 of us there, who saw we had been taken for mugs 4 guys, two girls). It was the same as going to a random bar and talking to anyone.Save your cash and never, ever use this site they pray on people looking for love
I went with 2 children aged 5 and 14 to a fair and fireworks display at Holdenby House Northants 05.11.24.It was absolutely spectacular in every way.We stood at the front and had a clear view of the fireworks. Weather conditions were fairly typical of a November misty night which meant as you would expect some smoke from the fireworks to linger but it didn't affect me or the children in any way.The parking was well managed and getting in and out was very smooth.It was a wonderful evening and one which I hope will be a regular event at Holdenby each year. I'm so grateful to have been able to get to the tickets before it sold out.Thank you to Eventbrite and Holdenby house for this amazing experience.
I bought tickets through Eventbrite for a Ceilidh Of the Nest collective at Grand Junction. It was the worst Ceilidh I have ever attended. There was no music! and no dancing! They refused to refund me and so did Eventbrite. This bad event has discouraged me from paying for tickets from Eventbrite. Previously I'd used Eventbrite for free events. I am sure that if I pay for an event and turn up and it isn't happening, I should have a refund. I will now onwards only use Eventbrite for free events.

Eventbrite don’t care about customers . No contact number . Very useless AI BOT to answer you with solution . You request for a refund for your money spent on a cancelled event and you can’t even submit the forms on their website ! I am shocked no one has competed with this very mediocre service ! Don’t use them if you can avoid it ! Useless services
Lies. Steals your money. I wish Foyles wouldn't use them.I requested a refund (it was not for a Foyles event) Eventbrite stated it would need to first contact the organisers. How long do you think this took? Well it was immediate. I was refunded 1.55 less than I paid. Not the full amount Eventbrites refund page did not work; it's AI bot is useless.
