Why is it as soon as I've ordered a parcel and see the the delivery is going to be by Evri i know there is going to be a problem?Sure enough my last order off eBay with Evri the delivery service then days on end saying we've got your parcel,out for delivery,no parcel delivered, again endless going on their tracing service with the same old answers we expect to deliver today,no parcel its got to the stage now were I'll cancel anything that has got Evri as the delivery service.🤬
Evri is the WORST parcel courier ever . Twice in two weeks my items have been dumped somewere by the same driver Jayne .Contacted Evri the first time who accepted they lost the parcelAnd offered no compensation . Just a weak sorry .The same driver has again not delivered my itemAnd I have received the exact same emailSaying sorry it’s lost . No offer of compensation. I am going g to take legalAction against themAs this company getting away with this on such a large scale .i urge anyone not to use them .
Parcel sent 23/5. Due to arrive28/5. It did not. It was declared lost. Impossible to speak to anyone in person at Evri. Artificial intelligence only on email. Automated replies on phone which cut off. I replaced parcel contents and resent. Evri chatbox said they would deal with a claim. Parcel eventually turned up after a further 9 days so I asked for only the duplicated postage. Evri have never bothered to reply. They may not be as expensive as Royal Mail but in my experience are unreliable and uncommunicative. Never to be used again.
Absolutely useless. Constantly miss delivering parcels to wrong address. Then can’t find them. No customer service. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Complaints are just ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Your parcels WILL go missing, get damaged or end up at a random address the other side of town.

The worst delivery company on earth!They keep abandoning the parcels in one of the block lobbies without even bothering to buzz. Many parcels have been stolen in the past month. My block has two entrances and my parcel was abandoned at the other entrance. Disgraceful!
