Why is it as soon as I've ordered a parcel and see the the delivery is going to be by Evri i know there is going to be a problem?Sure enough my last order off eBay with Evri the delivery service then days on end saying we've got your parcel,out for delivery,no parcel delivered, again endless going on their tracing service with the same old answers we expect to deliver today,no parcel its got to the stage now were I'll cancel anything that has got Evri as the delivery service.🤬

When purchasing make sure company does not use Evri. Still waiting for parcel and now company are having to replace item and EVRI have tried to send back to them and not the customer

Numerous parcels delayed lost and…

Numerous parcels delayed lost and undelivered. I have put reviews on Evri but now find Evri parcels which are all bad. Senders please stop using them. Buyers are stopping buying from you

Avoid using Evri

Sent a very, very large parcel from Warwick to Stanmore two weeks ago and still not delivered. Cost me over £12.00 but until it is delivered back to the company I purchased the item from as a return I cannot obtain my refund of £133.00. It was sent me me by the supplier using Evri so I thought I would use them to return it. Big mistake! So Evri are you going to refund my £12.00 payment? Pathetic!Two days later! Same old message. "Your parcel is at the depot waiting for delivery." Then unable to speak to anyone again, as it was 2 DAYS ago, because Evri are experiencing technical issues! Will these be the same technical issues you were experiencing two days ago? So here is the deal, Evri. Since you are clearly refusing to take calls and you are costing me money, i.e.£133.00, I am waiting to get refunded, and since I cannot talk to anyone about the insurance you took off me for insurance. You have until Monday, June 16th, after that it will be the small claims court, since I have to conclude you have lost my parcel. So I make that £145.00 you owe me including the fee I paid you to deliver it, including the insurance.

Terrible

Absolutely TERRIBLE delivery time. I avoid any company that sends via Evri.Delivery guys are great, its the system and hold ups that makes their jobs impossible.Item can be waiting for days from arriving at local dispatch point to actually leaving dispatch point and getting to me.
