TERRIBLE delivery, parcels just left on pavement outside my driveway gates ( NOT to porch which deliverer LIED about delivering to ) whoever this Evri driver is I suspect it is the same one who has pulled this stunt before & has NO RESPECT for customers goods. Evri apologised before & it happens again. I AM NOT HAPPY

It’s the worst company to ever have your delivery items from it never turns up it’s always lost or it’s damaged or it’s gone missing. It takes about three weeks to even let you know that it’s coming. It’s an absolute disgrace of a company
This company is a mess, they do not care about their staff, their customers or the deliveries. Don't believe a word their chatbot says it's just a warm face covering a chaotic system of exploitation and greed. Their sorting depots are a mess and their drivers often complain of earning less than minimum wage.
I ordered two items from eBay from different sellers in the same week and both got lost. One said it got held up at their sorting office, the other said it was delivered, but the proof of address was not my home or my parcel.
They employ anyone, sometimes crooks, some times genuinely good people, but you've no way of knowing which you'll get! Some delivery drivers will either fake their proof photos so they can end their shift earlier and discard your product or do it so they can steal your item, either way you can rest assured knowing that your valuable items could be in the hands of criminals that do not care what so ever about you getting the item.
Their customer support is a multiple choice chatbot system, good luck actually speaking to a real person!
When the case of my missing delivery was escalated by both myself and the seller, both the tracking details for both of my items was deleted from their system without a trace. If you're unfortunate to have to deal with this company, please make regular copies of the tracking history as you may find the evidence disappears!
Now whenever I order something, I'll be checking who the courier is before hand, if it's EVRI, then I will shop else where, I urge others to do the same.
I've no idea how they have such a good rating on here as opposed to Royal Mail, at least Royal Mail deliveries actually arrive, something seems off.. it's probably all bot posts.

Recently I’ve had parcels not even be attempted to be delivered to me or when they have the items have been damaged. I’ve emailed Evri about the most recent parcel not being delivered and not heard back. Most of the time I don’t even try to contact Evri because when I try to give the automated chatbot my postcode it’s not recognised which is absolutely ridiculous seeing as how it’s the postcode that’s on the delivery
Honestly at this point I try to avoid buying from a retailer that uses Evri. Why run a company if you don’t care about Customer Service?

They not only failed to deliver it to the intended address, I spoke with 3 separate Evri employees and the last of the 3 promised me compensation by way of paying for the postage. This did not happen I feel lied to messed around and totally fed up with Evri and no confidence on them and will tell everyone I know not to use them to send items
I rate Evri because they keep me up to date on my delivery by informing me when they have received my parcel to when it is with the courier then what time slot i will receive my delivery.
No Customer Service, Constantly other people’s parcels dumped at my address, but there is no customer service to speak with, the chat ignores ‘Speak with a Human’ the phone will only tell you the parcel is delivered.
Absolutely rubbish service, Avoid!

Whenever I find out Evri is delivering my parcel is great because I know I can track it every step of the way. The drivers are always courteous and polite and my parcels are always on time!
Repeatedly poor. Constantly losing/not delivering parcels, can't speak to a person and if you eventually do via email (if 'Claire' is indeed a person), nothing gets resolved and you never have sight of your parcel but apparently that's acceptable. Everything I have never received could not be replaced or re-ordered. I would give zero stars if I could. Sorry Evri but the current customer service system you have in place is shoddy and disappointing and suggests you just don't care.
I have been displeased with the delivery of my parcel. The update has been showing “out for delivery “ for over 24hours now and I have tried using the chat box and call box but no solution has been done. I have been waiting for a response from the customer rep via email or call but nothing has come through yet. I really need my parcel as I waited for a month for this parcel from overseas. Don’t know why it’s a hassle with Evri and they have a very poor form of communication.
