Evri delivered an £80 item sold on Ebay and left it outside the buyer's house gates, directly on a pavement, where it was seemingly stolen by a passer by. The proof of delivey on Evri stated "left in porch" but the image showed the external house driveway gates. The item has been stolen due to misdelivery.
My parcel was delivered, but my delivery instructions weren't followed as USUAL. I requested for my parcel to be left with a neighbour and it was left by my front door, as usual.
Please hire people that actually know how to FOLLOW instructions, and actually WANT to do the job!
I had to stop having things delivered to my home address, especially if Evri is being used. As the delivery person was leaving parcels at the buildings entrance door! (I do not live in a building with a door man or lobby.) So the items were being stolen!

Received an email on Thursday 27 Feb at 5:30pm from EVRI to confirm they had received my parcel & would message again when delivery details known. On Saturday I received an email at 11:38 stating my parcel would be delivered between 11:30-12:30. The courier arrived at 11:45. This happens every time with EVRI & is poor service. In future, if when I’m buying something & EVRI is the courier, I’ll find a company who uses someone else.
Yet again I have waited in for my delivery and it didn't come, and now I am away for two weeks, and no option to have delivered to a parcel shop...
Will my delivery now be left on my doorstep again to be stolen? If it is I foresee a court case coming on as this is now a regular occurrence.... Evri was brilliant a year ago, now it's terrible
Evri Delivery driver Ring doorbell my doorbell with my parcel and leave my parcel without delivering and he said it was delivered he has stolen my parcel.
I have already reported to police this incident.
I have video doorbell recording.
I allready log complained to the CEO I have received the reply it doesn't help me with this issue it was standard email I always get from Evri.
But I have no choice to report it to police.
I cannot tell you how infuriating it is, to be in the property awaiting the delivery between 1-3 for you to then get an email to say 'delivery was unsuccessul'. Very odd considering there was no attempt to ring the intercom or knock my door?! I have tried to get in touch with Evri but they stated they would get back to me in 24 hours. It is utterly preposterous that I should be expected to wait when it was the drivers fault entirely. No matter how many times I open a chat all I get is 'there is an open enquiry' - funnily enough I don't believe you. I will be making a complaint.
I've almost always had a positive delivery experience with Evri. My parcels have been delivered with care, on time and undamaged. My local driver is friendly, on time and respectful of my goods. I've heard other people complain about Evri but theirs is not my experience.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER EXISTED!!!!! They killed my sister, she committed suicide because they lost her parcel with her 20 years of work! AND THIS A....S DID NOTHING! THEY JUST SWITCHED HER OFF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM!!!!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?
Changing their name to Evri from Hermes is the only change in the company. Still the same dreadful service. Multiple times I've had to look for my parcel searching my house number on different streets because they keep taking it to different houses. Customer service non-existent all just robots, even when I did have a "human" respond to my requests via email just seemed more like a robot too. One email response per day in the morning just repeating to me what the tracking says. Countless days my parcel would be at the depot, then apparently out for delivery, then all of a sudden at the senders depot, the out for delivery.. no parcel was delivered and now apparently it's being returned to the sender. Just this one parcel has taken over 2 weeks. Evri have had it since 12th February. They have always been incapable of doing their one job and no real help or support for anyone experiencing issues. Not to mention when I was given the option for email or phone call support, I always said phone and provided my number multiple times but not once have I received a phone call. I find all of these "5 star reviews" very questionable, I've never known or heard of anyone having a good experience with Evri/Hermes. There are even Facebook groups for people to complain about their experiences with them because it is that bad and that often.
