To be honest over the last 6/8 months Evri courier service has got shocking parcels being delivered 1.30 in the morning by a car wheel other times just left unsecure on the pavement outside my property, no doorbell rung, delivery times changing with in 10 mins over 1st notification, parcels ripped crushed on not even being redelivered as stated they would, useless trying to sort out an issue phone number didn't work and other option is automated service and you only get several options, they really need to sort themselves out!

Still don't have it but I have been telling them for a week now to return it and they just ignore me and send an email every single day which includes "remember you can just reply to this email to ask and questions" obviously this person isnt receiving these emails I told them on Facebook I told them on their AI system which replied with "ok I understand I will pass this information on to the person dealing with your case" and STILL they are trying to force it on me! WHY????

There is almost always someone at home AND we have a secure porch but they are too lazy to come up the drive
I wish sellers would stop using them

When they fail to do what they have been paid to do, why do they just start lying and say that delivery was attempted? I was working beside my drive all day Evri, so no you didn’t attempt delivery. Can you not send the email that states that you just didn’t bother doing what you were paid to do?

I’ve ordered two parcels from two different places for a birthday with next day delivery and neither of them are here! It’s been about a week! I kept making enquiries and trying to talk to a human but nothing is working! The delivery service is HORRIBLE! Evri if you can not deliver my parcels tell me where they are and I will come collect them. It’s just stuck at “we’ll try the next working day” but never tried ever since! I need it ASAP! If you can’t deliver let me come down and collect it myself! This is so frustrating!

My delivery driver is amazing, He updates me when he's expected to arrive & always greets me with a smile & asks how I'm doing. You can tell he genuinely is interested as well. He also gives my 2 little dogs a fuss & always has biscuits in the car for them. He goes above & beyond.
