The last two deliveries have been damaged ( in transit )
The first was a sub woofer that I bought from Amazon & the second was a water fountain for my cats, there’s no excuse for the same driver to deliver two consecutive deliveries that are damaged.
Very disappointing and frustrating, I thought that Evri had improved, however they are just as crap now.
I definitely will not be using them again and I suggest that any potential customers be aware that they have a very low attitude towards the customers product

Well yet again I have waited in for a delivery only to find out that they couldn’t find my address even though I have had over 40 -50 packages delivered to my door. Evri sent me a couple of feedback links for 2 packages I had sent to a shop. My family were in and I said to them that now I had left 2 positive feedback messages that I now would NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE and guess what the driver left a photo of Saint Mary’s Church, which is about 150 odd from my door. I have contacted the seller I bought the item from and they are not pleased as I told them this is the 4th package that has not arrived at my door the other 3 magically disappeared while on the van while out for delivery 2 of the packages were from Puma and I have been refunded. The other was from Yfood a really popular food supplement that I also got a refund. This is all because I complained about a driver who left a package outside the Main House front door even though there is clearly assign telling the person that my address is around the corner. I could easily have had the package stolen which has happened a couple of times. It is a running joke now and if it continues I will ask the seller if they use Evri and if so will not buy from them as this cannot go on. I give Evri a lot of business so it’s really up to them

Evri,iv always left great reviews for you,and you've responded with gratitude but it wont be happening anymore until you sort yourselves out...I live in Wales and understand that not everyone speaks Welsh but surely english isn't too much too ask,For weeks now,the couriers only english word they can say is parcel, so obviously no courteous communications happening atall,that's if they dont just leave it on the doorstep,say nothing atall and leave it there and go...If this happens one more time,il be asking every seller which courier they use before I order and if its evri,I wont be using them...you only get away with with because people let you,I wont be...

I had no notification of the date of or time if delivery. Fortunately I was in . Your driver buzzed my flat for entrance to the property and then ...... nothing. I was waiting at my flat door for him to deliver!!
After 5 minutes I went down to the ground floor only to find that the parcel had been just left at the entrance to the building..it could have been stolen!!!

I was impressed that we were given delivery times in advance and those were kept to . the delivery was placed in our safe place which meant not only unlocking our gate but locking it again afterwards, which most people forget.

I have no idea where my parcel is. Tracking says it has been delivered to a neighbour but doesn't tell me which neighbour. Have checked with those who are at home and no-one has it. There is no card through the door to advise me where it is. Terrible service. Just hope someone brings it to me.

The driver lied and said he had a tempted delivery, then put a picture of the floor of his van as evidence when i have dogs and cctv, and can categorically state they have never attempted delivery

i was then lied to by a cust service rep yesterday , who promised to update me again before 11 today , and i have heard nothing , and not a single update from Evri

i have mailed CEO chris.ashworth @ evri.com, and the same silence prevails

what a useless and dishonest company

and don't bother calling the number in the standard crap they paste on every bad review .... its 3 minutes wasted of your life you cant get back and is just an ai bot that says your failure is already being looked at

absolutely shocking for the second time in 3 weeks. requested 2 parcels to be put in safe place in the greenhouse. Both have been dumped in the garden. First was an electrical item which was dumped in the garden while a yellow weather warning was issued for wind and rain. Box soaking wet by the time i got to it. Today items that cannot get wet in box and again dumped in the garden. We have a big greenhouse, its daylight you can see it from where the box was dumped. Absolutely fuming

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My packages are constantly being delivered to different locations, and I even have proof: the couriers take photos every time. Of course, the customer service team washes their hands of it and keeps writing that the courier was at the correct location. Even their masks clearly show that this isn't my house number or street address. They're stealing and lying.
