Review Time
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Evri.
I specifically booked and paid extra for a Thursday collection, however the driver arrived on Wednesday, when the item was not ready. As a result, the parcel was not collected. I paid for a
home collection service for
convenience, so I will not be taking the
parcel to a drop-off store.
This error was not mine, and it has now caused unnecessary stress and delay. The item must be returned within a specific timeframe, and this disruption is not helpful.
I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. Please either:
Arrange another collection at no extra cost, or
Provide a full refund for the service paid.
Given the inconvenience and the time-sensitive nature of this return,
I have got in contact already several times. It say that someone will get back to you within 24 hours but they don't. It is still unresolved.
Was supposed to be express delivery on Friday 27 Feb and parcel 'out for delivery ' but no delivery. Whilst I was out on Saturday 28 Feb parcel was left on doorstep of my house .yet I have told Evri many times that there is no safe place as my house is situated beside a main road opposite a block of flats.
I am lucky that my neighbour took in the parcel.
Parcels left on the doorstep AGAIN. This is happening on a regular basis now. Delivery person is not ringing the doorbell. Possibly knocking the door but unless I’m in the front room I won’t hear that. Your service is not free so parcels shouldn’t be just dumped on a doorstep. Showing a photo of parcels on a doorstep is not proof of delivery.
You were contacted to delay delivery to after 2nd March 2026 (as we were away on holiday) but you ignored our request and delivered while were away leaving the parcel vulnerable. Not happy.
I'm quite lucky to have the same regular delivery guy who knows exactly where to keep my parcels if I'm not home, the guy respects my property and my parcels. He's also on time every time! And that's rare for Evri......I've probably jinxed it now 😂
I sent a parcel via Evri 22
Days ago, it left and went to basildon on February the 8th where it has stayed since then. Its gone nowhere.
No way of finding out whats happened. I want to put in a claim but all i get is a chat bot, Terrible service.
Done all right with me sending +200 parcels and none got lost. The one parcel I had ordered online from a reputable company did get lost/stolen. No real feedback or help, or admission of fault. I hate being lied too ??
Evri are usually the fastest and most reliable service, but on this occasion they took a few days before collecting my parcel from the retailers. Once they did though, it was sorted and delivered in their usual speed. My usual courier, who has been delivering in my area for decades, usually leaves my parcel in my designated safe place, away from sight from the road. However this parcel was delivered by the man who's been delivering for the past 2 years and he's not so careful. My parcel was propped up on my doorstep, immediately visible to all passers by. Luckily, I live in a quiet area and have only had one parcel stolen in the past - guess what - the same 2 year courier!
