Absolutley shocking delivery company. Almost always late, often delivered to the wrong address. Out of the last 7 packages, 3 went to the wrong address, 1 went missing completely and 3 were late.
I ordered items which should have taken 3-5 business days to be delivered. Today is day 8 and my parcels are still at the depot after 3 days. No movement and no update. It was foodstuffs so a write off by now. Horrendous service.
Evri are getting worse with their deliveries, I'm sick of their lies and deceitful excuses for not delivering a parcel, today they said they attempted a delivery and provided a photo of the attempted delivery, which was a blacked out photo, my Ring doorbell or my cctv camera has not been activated or picked up any delivery attempt to my property, what's going on with this company?
I sent a parcel to Australia Saturday 28th Feb via my local post office. Since Saturday (now the following Wednesday) I have tried to use the tracking service with the number provided but their system is still showing 'unable to trace this number'. I've tried to contact them and phoned the number shown 'if you want to SPEAK to a customer service advisor' Unfortunately you do not SPEAK to anyone but interact with another chatbot. Who repeats 'unable to trace this number'. Exactly the same response from using the 'track my parcel option'. Very frustrated as you are limited to selecting from a list of inappropriate questions (for what I wanted to ask eg where is my parcel?) when trying to ascertain where my parcel is. Not really very helpful and therefore not what I would say represents customer service even on a basic level.
Unable to speak to a human at the Evri Parcel Depot in Dundee. I do not have tracking number as parcel sent there by mistake instead if going to a different courier. Each time I phone I get automated line. I just want to speak to a human. I have tried phoning and I don't have tracking number so do not get to speak to anyone. I don't get past first hurdle so thanks for replyong and telling ne to phone tge number I have tried 3 times.
Never have any problems with my courier, I have same driver for ages, knows where to leave my parcels for safety. I get regular updates. Always use Evri for my parcels
Not receiving any of my parcels for the past 3 months,sick to death of these cowboys.more frustrating is you never get the opportunity to speak to any one or put a complaint in..

I see the same generated reply as per usual,it means nothing .
Out of the last ten deliveries sent to me via Evri, eight have been lost, one was sent back to a seller for no apparent reason, and one was delivered a week late. My latest delivery is already running late, even though I try to avoid Evri like the plague, some sellers still use them.
I cannot conceive of any reason to justify such appaling service. And to add insult to injury the lies they spew regarding missed deliveries is astonishing. Telling you its out for delivery, when its not. Saying the courier missed the connection. They must have an AtoZ of excuses to cover every scenario.
Logistically, the only thing I can do is avoid them, which I do. How they get a rating of 4.1 on Trustpilot is beyond me. Without doubt, one of, if not the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Nothing went right with this delivery. My Parcel was given to them for delivery on 11th Feb. Every time I checked the tracking either myself or the supplier "easylife.co.uk" this was on 5 separate dates.
they confirmed the item was with them and being processed for delivery.
Eventually confirmation of this item was declared lost to the supplier on the 3rd March.
Really awful company! They delivered a parcel to my meter cupboard and I had to get a builder in and it involved my wall in the porch being drilled out to release the door! Cost me £65 but they’re not taking responsibility! I have provided photos as evidence and the bill I had to pay. Just waiting to speak to my solicitors!
