Next day delivery to my work address: First day they said no one was in. There were literally hundreds of people in. Next day, Friday, they say they will deliver at 18:30, when everyone has gone home. Website, chat and phone are automated to deflect customers away. It won't even open the chat box if it isn't one of the available options to chat about. I just can't get through to them that I was, in fact, in and redelivering outside work hours is futile. Now it looks like next-day delivery will turned into next-week delivery if they don't send it back because they will keep trying to deliver during the weekend.

My package was mistakenly delivered to my previous address in Calderbank by a driver named Mr. W. As

My package was mistakenly delivered to my previous address in Calderbank by a driver named Mr. W. As soon as he left the parcel, the new tenant promptly returned it to him. Since notifying Evri about the situation, I have not received any assistance or accountability from them, nor has the retailer confirmed that the package was sent back. As a result, I'm unable to obtain a refund or request that the package be redirected to my current address. It feels like either Mr. W exploited the fact that I no longer reside there, or Evri has shown a lack of care and misplaced my package without taking responsibility for it.

Evri is an unfortunate, fraudulent company. How can my parcel worth 200 quids be lost in transit upon return for about 6 months. The parcel number has already been scrapped of their system without my issue been resolved. Evri shouldnt be functional. What a sham. Their customer service is total rubbish it's is all bot that keeps saying the same thing over and over again with zero help. Here is my tracking number: H04G0C0004589678.

I do not have an issue with the delivery as such, more the communication from Evri.
Why do they insist on informing me that they are expecting my package and that I should expect delivery in 48 hours to then 24 hours later I receive an update informing me that they are in fact arriving today? Again, not a major issue other than the fact that they inform me on the day and at around 11:00. What do they want me to do with this information, I as with most people am already out of the house and can arrange nothing.
I spend the rest of the day on edge just hoping nothing goes wrong, ie theft, the weather and so on.
