Would give minus stars if I could.
For the hundredth time you have been late. Delivered to the wrong location
I now have no parcel and have to put through an enquiry again.
Not a single parcel in the last 2 years has been delivered on time, correctly and with care.
Contacted Evri multiple times for a call back or an email in the last 2 years and I’m still waiting.

At Christmas I had a Christmas present delivered that was smashed in to. Yesterday I had a delivery and one plate was smashed and one cereal bowl. Careless delivery drivers who don’t give a hoot about the items they are delivering. Very disappointed….. again.

The delivery guy disrespects my home and does not bother closing garden gate which allows dogs in to mark their sent and take a crap. I have complained twice on the "how did we do emails" but no response. Today again he leaves gate wide open, I have just spent 30 minutes chatting with evris bot and was told that someone will call me and the bot ended the chat..... They dont have my number.
Seems to be a way of avoidance when someone wants to complain. I have regular orders from good traders but I will advise these traders that I will have to go to their competitors as I don't want a delivery company that doesn't give a crap about their customers.

These are courier imposters - I am now going to stop buying anything that has evri as the courier as they are crap - they delivered my parcel at 11pm, and left it outside the main entrance door to the block - I went down to look for it at 6am and nothing, went onto their website and tried using their ai chat - didn't work (tried 3 times) just kept going around in circles and then stopped - called them - but you can only leave a message and that was left 6 days ago and no reply - 0/5 for you clowns! Not the 1st time either - it's evri time!

The local delivery guy is good. The text of Evri are terrible. Yuh cannot contact them. You can but as much fragile tape or stickers on but that only encourages them to handle it worse. Half of the boxes I received are dented badly and have broken bits inside. If there isn't at least 2" of padding there is a guarantee that it arrives badly damaged.
Evri is the least caring company in the UK, possibly in the world. I have repeat issues with them receiving parcels.
I cannot believe they have a 4.1 rating on trust pilot, that must be number massaging.

Everything that goes into Carlisle Depot seems to sit there for a week if you’re lucky — and then often gets sent back to the sender. Nothing arrives on time.
When a parcel is delivered, the “out for delivery” notification regularly arrives after the delivery itself — sometimes by two hours.
Last Saturday they claimed a delivery attempt was made, but no one came to the house. We have a Ring doorbell, so that’s easy to verify. Evri couriers know people have these.
I now check with sellers before buying — if they use Evri, I shop elsewhere. Out of 10 parcels, only 2 arrived on time, 2 were refunded, and the rest were over a week late. Completely unreliable.

I have tried contacting Evri various ways via chat, mobile and email but after one response they do not respond again and have not sorted out the problem. I have had 4 parcels returned to Zooplus from Evri, I asked them to deliver to my parcel shop but they did not do so with all parcels. I have now asked them to deliver any parcels from now on to my home address but have had no response again. I have tried to update the address for delivery but could not. I asked them in my last mail to update for me so I can get deliveries from Zooplus again. This has been ongoing since middle of January.

Yet again I have had 2 packages from Puma go missing when they were supposed to be on route to my home for a delivery. The only way I found out about the packages not being delivered was on the tracking number it just said unable to deliver or item damaged. How can a pair of boots from China and a pair of Track pants in another package from Europe in different boxes both go missing. or get damaged. Evri have NOT been in touch with me to explain why I have not received anything I am currently contacting both my Bank and Trading Standards. As this is the 3rd package to go missing while out for a delivery to me. It’s absolutely disgusting not being contacted to tell me what has happened. This is just not how a Company should operate and conduct itself

I can’t say enough good things about my Evri delivery man Nigel. He knows my habits & how to tell whether I am at home or not. If I am out he knows what to do with the parcel. We really need to stop meeting this way, I see him practically every week!
