Three months on, we are still waiting to have our property damage put right. Had a Range Master removed and a new one installed. They were a nightmare, using no cloths etc. They badly damaged our Wall and floor. They then sent out their own surveyor and some three months are still fighting the claim. The damage is plain to see, we highlighted this to the Couriers who could not care. Now waiting for another Surveyor. Have asked to speak to the Review Team and now been told they do not speak to Customers. Why send out a Surveyor when they have no intention of accepting the damage,Appalling, tried to esclalte this with no help whatsover. Please Help
Waited at home with extra people on-hand to help receive delivery of a new fridge-freezer. Tracking the driver online all afternoon, and then the delivery was classed as 'Failed' before they even attempted it. No phone-call to discuss any issues, no attempt at even coming to the delivery address to assess.The driver later claimed the size of our road was an issue, although our whole kitchen and all other appliances were delivered in the same class of vehicle without any issues.
Have had a nightmare the last 8 weeks attempting to arrange a replacement appliance under extended warranty. Manufacturer and warranty provider both reluctant to replace in reasonable time, thinking that leaving someone without an essential appliance (fridge/freezer) for three to four months would be acceptable. After an exhaustive effort I finally managed to get the companies involved to agree to an earlier deadline. Contacted by Expert Logistics (EL) to arrange a delivery date. Excellent communication the day before and on the day of delivery. Arrived with appliance only for them to become embroiled in the fiasco that the manufacturer and warranty company had, between them, engineered. Told they cannot hand over the appliance after all, so they take it away. (This was not the fault of Expert Logistics or the lads who delivered the appliance).After contacting the manufacturer once again to attempt to persuade them to sort out yet another mess in a whole saga of woes I was told that EL would contact me to arrange another date for delivery. Yet more delay! I was contacted again by Expert Logistics who said they had been given authorization to deliver after all. What I found particularly impressive was that someone at EL contacted the delivery driver immediately who agreed to return that afternoon with the appliance. Now that is service, in complete contrast to my experience with the other companies involved in this sorry story.Thanks to all those involved at EL.
Absolute disgraceful. I don’t wfh so I booked an annual leave for them to deliver my washing machine. They said that the delivery guy called me but it was an incorrect number and blamed it on the supplier. This is false. The supplier had the correct number the whole time as they were sending me automated texts about my delivery I still haven’t received my order and the customer service people are disgraceful
TLV9MMark & Skye just delivered my dads american fridge freezer. The service they provided was brilliant, I would say the service they provided was 10/10. Lovely delivery service and very helpful.Thank you as sometimes you can't even get a hello out of some delivery drivers.
