To whomever it may concern,Please treat this as a formal complaint.Your drivers were scheduled to deliver our washing machine on Sunday the 17th, their unbelievable lack of any thinking skills has caused them to fail to deliver and install our washing machine.After ringing our bell and waiting in front of the door for over 3 minutes, without trying to open it, they decided to leave. When my partner finally got downstairs and asked them why they didn’t pull or push the doors, they claimed they “didn’t know”?. Following this, they said they don’t feel “safe” installing our washing machine as my 5 foot 4, 50kg female, not a tattooed ex-convict, is being “too aggressive” given she has asked why they didn’t simply try to pull or push the doors….as every other delivery driver, postman, or just human always does after ringing the bell.The drivers then lied about being “unable” to contact my partner to ask for advice about the door (did they need help to operate a door?) as their phones were “out of battery” however, they used their phones to call their manager to tell them they will not install the washing machine out of fear for my partner!After this lie, my partner called their manager, who told her they will install the washing machine. Right after that, they left. After calling the manager back, the manager said they will install it. She told him they left, which surprised him and he told us “he will look into it” which naturally never occurred. Today, the rescheduled delivery drivers were unable to “find parking” – previously, this was never an issue, and parking was and always is available. AO has contacted me to tell me they need to have a parking space ready for them, whereas this was never an issue for the delivery and installation of any other appliances. Additionally, they said they could not themselves pay for parking? How do they go around delivering in London then? Does expert logistics have dedicated parking spaces on every estate in London? After speaking with AO (as your company never answers their phone) a message was passed on to the drivers telling them my partner will go downstairs and pay for parking, however, they just drove off without calling her, but, they claimed they spoke and told her that they will reschedule. Once again, outright lying. Can you please explain how this level of incompetence came to work with you? An orangutan would be able to find a parking space where we live, and subsequently purchase a ticket where need be. I am deeply concerned by how little thinking your staff applies to their day-to-day lives, this is equally shocking as it is horrifying. We are now rescheduled to have your staff come on Tuesday yet again to try and perform the simple task of delivery and installation of a washing machine. Please send someone who is at least a few chromosomes ahead of a starfish.Beyond shocking.

Your van has crashed into our parked car and driven off.Despite the advise you have given below, this information was provided to you 10 days ago along with police crime reference number and you have failed to act on any of this. Van registration number: PE71 WMKCrime reference number: 25-0473 25/6Both Expert Logistics and AO’s complete lack of action is shameful.
order UK669300Trying to track your order is a complete waste of time.This is what we were told the first time we tracked it :-We're running a bit ahead of schedule, andwe should be with you between 07:00 -08:00.After each tracking time elapsed (5 in total) our items finally arrived at 12.00After asking why the times kept altering, my wife was sworn at and told it wasn’t his fault ( with no apology)and off he went slamming his van doors, nearly taking them off there hinges
Almost playback of similar reviews - We ordered a American fridge freezer from Costco with delivery.The delivery crew caused the damage to our floor. As admitted, they advised us to contact 'head office' to make a claim and they would make a note of the damage on the order form.Upon speaking to Costco Customer Service they referred us to Expert Logistics. EL asked us to get two quotes for the rectification of the damage. A considerable amount of time, effort and costs have been spent by us during involved logistics, quotes, numerous follow-ups etc. - filled in all their necessary paperwork, took detailed photo, videos, obtained quotes etc.They have admitted fault to the damage, but denied paying the claim as photos inconsistent. The wrong interpretation of the images by the review team provided such inexplicable decline reason without any further attempt made by review team to verify in person or raise query prior to declining. There was no attempt to rectify the damage caused to my property, offer any help or even come inspect. When we've challenged the decline reason, they could not provide any and told us to contact Retail Dispute.This process has been appalling, frustrating and I don't believe they ever had any intention of accepting/paying a claim - they make it as difficult as possible for people in the hope they will give up.We'll raise as much as awareness within social media, retailers, or direct consumers not to use them again - awful delivery, reprehensible customer service, appalling review process.
Ordered a washing machine from AO with fitting and removal.Order arrived (very friendly fitters). The Fitters caused damage to our kitchen floor tiles and cupboards and made us aware of the same after it had happened - the washing machine is also fitted at an angle due to this.They told us to contact 'head office' to make a claim and they would make a note of the damage on the order form.Upon speaking to AO Customer Service they referred us to their Sister company Expert Logistics who employed the fitters. EL asked us to get two builders quotes for the rectification of the damage. We did the legwork - took detailed photographs, obtained builders quotes and filled in all their necessary paperwork.They have admitted fault to the damage, but denied paying the claim as it is 'too expensive' and have told us we 'can fix the floor ourselves'. There was no attempt to rectify the damage caused to my property, offer any help or even come and refit the washing machine properly(!) They told me if I wasn't happy with the outcome of their 'investigation' I would need to go to the Independent Retail Tribunal.This process has been arduous and frustrating and I don't believe they ever had any intention of accepting/paying a claim - they make it as difficult as possible for people in the hope they will give up.Will never use them again - awful customer service.
