Review Time
Bought a range cooker from John Lewis on the 27th, have just spent 2 days trying to get through to so called expert logistics dont make me laugh to arrange delivery and installation all you get is rubbish music. So have cancelled with John Lewis and will go to Currys although it is more expensive and John Lewis have lost a customer.
Awaiting a delivery for a slot 09.32 to 13.32. Tracking says behind schedule but still within above slot yet at 15.45 no sign and no update. Yes, traffic etc will be a problem but have a system where the customer is kept aware as opposed to sitting and waiting. I have now had to cancel a pm appointment due to this. Next time I will collect from Costco / Keter. After around 90 minutes trying to contact them Costco said that expert logistics will update me. Six or so hours after the delivery was due they call me to say there was a problem with the trailer being unloaded this morning!!!! Well why not call me (and others) this morning then? Do you think that people have nothing to do all day. Instead of sitting indoors I cou”d of helped them unload the trailer. I will do my best to avoid this bunch of amateurs whenever I can. Even if their story was true then keep customers updated!!!!!!!! Just read more reviews, seems there are a standard list of excuses and when a negative comment is left the same reply every time is …. “ to enable us to look into this please provide your order number” etc etc etc. Seems they are not even good liars.Shed delivered this morning in my absence, seems the drivers are good. My point is that how can this be out for delivery and also never loaded due to an issue at the depot? P.s it says delivered yesterday 31st but actually 1st.
Bought a fridge at Simplybe.co.uk unfortunately couldn't fit in we took the package out still couldn't fit it. Told the guys to take it back one guy pretending to talk 5o his friend then they just run away. Leaving the fridge on communal way and blocking my neighbours door and the main door outside.I am so mad honestly that's not the way you treat customers and do deliveries if you. I wish I could leave nothing star for this kind of clap.
We bought a new fridge/freezer + Installation. When the driver and his colleague arrived told us that they weren’t doing the job and they didn’t go to take the fridge upstairs and they needed 4 people. My partner and myself told them we will help them if needed and they denied and refused to deliver the fridge. We accepted the delivery and needed to bring the fridge upstairs ourselves when we paid for installation. When spoke with the operator she told us that we needed to cancel and rebook our appointment with Hoover! What for the same thing again?We will never use this services if we can avoid it.

Fair enough, we weren't told about the 10mm clearance needed for instalation I offered to take out a kitchen unit and worktop to resolve the issue (10 minutes), but they where far too busy to hang around ( it was a Friday). We arranged another date after hours of failed phone calls and being on hold for a considerable amount of the day.7.45pm before the next delivery attempt, (delivery only btw, as they don't install after the first failed attempt), we where told that the cooker was damaged and sent back to supplier.... more phone calls later and no one knows what the damage is etc.To date this has cost us 2 full days off work waiting around, £120 cancelled private instalation of electric and gas appliance by our own appointed installer. Having to buy take aways to feed the family at short notice and we still have no idea if we'll be cooking again in the kitchen in the near future. Be carefull, if your retailer uses this company, reconsider your purchase.Sorry stoves, we want our money back
Do not know why this company have 5*????. I had 2 failed appointments for a delivery first one after waiting in all day the van apparently broke down ( so did all means of communications).The second the appliance was delivered but the driver refused to take away the faulty one even though it was on his paperwork, I asked him to call his office, he said he would do it from his van but the lazy #### drove off. Again I had to contact the company to arrange to collect this faulty one. Still waiting!!!!!!. I'm sorry but this company are unprofessional cowboys. I will never buy anything that has to come through this joke of a company again.
I have now had 2 failed attempts to deliver the range cooker. First attempt the delivery came but had no knowledge of installing or taking away- due to not having the correct team this failed. Second attempt this morning we tracked and waited the van stopped in a different village and the went to another place waited another 5 mins and left. A voicemail was left telling me I hadn’t been in. Spent 40 mins in the phone trying to get to talk to someone. Even drove to where the van was. It wasn’t there - no contact from the delivery team - shocking and still on hold - no answer to discuss this. I really need my cooker as I don’t have a working one - please deliver ASAP
Extremely poor. Bashed my ceiling with the fridge they were delivering, witnessed by 3 people. Despite this they claim they didn't do it ( apparently I lifted the fridge by myself for fun and rammed it into my own ceiling). Do not recommend, at all. Highly unprofessional.
Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars for a couple of reason1. The new appliance was left part installed. The installers had not adjusted the fittings to make the fridge level meaning the door didn't close and wouldn't cool2. Customer service were supposed to contact the installers on the day to have them come back and finish the job. This never happened and 5 days later I've ended up having to get a handyman to finish the install3. Worst - the installers have managed to cause severe damage to brand new flooring. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend due to se seeming neglect of duty and general carelessness of the installers, and lack of followup from customer services.
Samsung were due to replace our freezer and decided to use this company instead of the retailer we got it from and wished they had not . Expertlogistics phone me on Monday 12/7 and said we could have it on Saturday or any day after that I chose Saturday and was told between 7am and 11am and we would receive text . On Friday received text saying delivery tomorrow and would text in morning with time window . Got up before 6am and waited for text got text at 6.43am to say between 7am and 11am. So started to move furniture lift mats took down lampshades and bulbs emptied freezer as much as i could moved car from drive onto road so as to make it as easy for them waited for them then receive text 12.15pm saying running late but will do all they can to make sure we get delivery . Waited until 5.20pm then phoned them got put on hold while spoke to driver came back with poor excuse the said fridge did not come into depot on time for delivery and the next delivery time would be on Tuesday so had to put back all furniture witch was no joke as we waited in all day on the hottest day when we are both disabled pensioner wish Samsung had used our retailer
