If I could give this company a zero star I would please do not use this company and if you do all I can say is good luck!Waste of space and time.I have been waiting for a cooker for the last 6 weeks and still nothing.The first delivery was not their fault as the gas main was not connected so they took the cooker back as it is in their company policy.But once the gas main was connected I had rung them for a new delivery date The delivery date arrived and they did not even have a cooker on the back of their van they thought they were just installing a cooker not delivering one as well.And then I got a new delivery date once again not delivered because the item was damaged so they say.Now I have to wait until 2nd of April living of take aways.I have now been waiting 6 week maybe more for a cooker and eating nothing but take aways through out them weeks.This company is a waste and they are know help at all.
Re:Contacting the dead is easier than getting a response from Expertlogistics:What an insult. 1 week after the trust pilot review, Expertlogistics finally reply with the cut and paste response sent to every negative review.I sent 2 e,mails to "let us know" immediately following the delivery issue with no response.I made 3 further phone calls to the delivery department.I,ve lost the will to live.Appalling service.
Simba Order #UK638042. Expert Logistics forgot to put one of the items inside their van, and it's now refusing to put this in writing, but forcing me to sign the delivery of all items. I already told them I won't sign it but they still won't put their mistake in writing by sending me an email stating 1 item will be missing. I have emailed them on the email they have posted below and I have been completely ignored.
EL tried to deliver my Aldi delivery (garden line Kamado BBQ) a month early last week. They refused to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, so they called to reschedule the delivery. I rescheduled it for yesterday (24th Feb) and surprise surprise - NO delivery. I tried contacting AO/EL to ask for tracking info and got no response through their live chat, the voice message I left them, or tweets. I wasted a whole day inside waiting for the thing to turn up and couldn’t even get hold of anybody to find out if I was wasting my time. For an item that cost me over £400, I would have hoped that EL had a bit more respect for the time I took off to wait for the delivery. I would love to know who I am to bill my lost time to, as I missed out on a day of earnings due to waiting in for the delivery. Really shoddy service considering this was rebooked specifically for this date.
Update 2 - After messaging Expert Logistics they contacted me by phone quite quickly in fairness. A delivery was rearranged for the weds which came as expected. 3rd time lucky. They blamed the company that was providing the goods, claiming they'd never received the item. All well and good, but this doesn't explain why they twice emailed/texted me to advise my goods were coming the next day when they didn't even have them! Upgraded from 1 star, but if I didn't work from home and had now had to take 3 days off work I would be fuming. Update - got a nice generic copy and paste reply as you will see! Must have taken all of 10 seconds to do. I'm pleased that they put so much thought into this... I've emailed them, let's see what happens... Review: Was due a solid oak desk on Tuesday, but they lost it in transit! How do you lose a solid oak desk???? The retailer ordered me another one, which I've just had a text to say "delayed in transit" the same as last time. I suspect someone has "lost" it again. No doubt the person that lost these items will have them up on ebay soon.
They delivered everything promised and more. The two guys who installed my new oven today kept me informed when they would arrive and were spot on. They were cheerful, respected my home and the new appliance. Installation was done very quickly in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for a stress free experience.
I bought a washing machine directly from the AEG, including delivery (by Expert Logistics - EL) , installation and removal of the old appliance. I explained 3rd floor no lift This was on 18.01.22. Delivery arranged for 27.01.22 - they came and went at 7am. They did not deliver alleging Health&safety : too many steps. Re-arranged with "expert crew" for the following Friday AM - they didnt even show up. I had to call and they told me in the afternoon that somebody was ill. Re-arranged wtih "expert crew" for the following Friday. They arrived and, again, no delivery as "too many steps, health&safety, need more people.." So, almost 1 month later, still no w/m. I said from the beginning there were steps. 70 steps havent suddenly appeared!!! EL subcontract to various firms and don't advise about the problem. DO NOT USE unless you want to wake up in hope every Friday only to ruin your weekend.
