Poor planning of van capacity against jobs taken on. Often it would seem that because they are delivering items as well as removing scrap items at the same time if not delivered enough there is not enough room to take the scrap. Maybe get bigger vans!! twice now my removal of my old mattress aborted due to this issue. Booked in a for a third time with what the customer service said there is no guarantee it won't happen again so will try and get me in late in the day when all deliveries have been dropped off. Crazy who plans and coordinates this with vans that are too small for the jobs booked in. Sort it out as leaves a very poor customer service experience and frustrating for your drivers too i would imagine.
Poor customer service and very arrogant staff. Mattress not delivered to room of choice because the delivery team of two men was too lazy to take the mattress upstairs. Excuse is that staircase is winding….that’s most houses in London. Note: My wife and I carried the mattress upstairs. Also could not take the old mattress for recycling because the company did not book space in the van. We will not buy anything in future, if this is the delivery company. If they want to investigate the post code is W13 0HJ. Delivery date 8 Sept 2023. Just because you refunded the recycling does not make the service better.
Not happy with the service of expert logistics they booked me in for 27/08/2023 I have the text and then they made excuses of text was sent by third party when I had spoke to the agent myself and booked it in. Requested a manager to call back I lost my commission for the day which was tomorrow and I can’t go to work too. No compensation for £400 commission plus waiting another 2 weeks for the cooker now.
Nightmare doesn’t even accurately describe my experience!!! Tuesday 20th they were due to collect my existing Super King Simba mattress and deliver a replacement at the same time. Delivery crew turned up, looked for the new mattress on the van, couldn’t find it! They’d delivered it to the wrong customer and because that customer had gone out, they now couldn’t retrieve it!!! How they managed that I have no idea because don’t the parcels have the name and address of the recipient on them?!? Skip forward to today, Saturday 24th, when the re-delivery was re-booked for. Delivery crew turned up at 15:50. Straight off the bat, the chap apologised and said that they can’t take the existing mattress as he’s got no room on the van!!! I then had to refuse delivery as I don’t have the room to store 2 Super King mattresses!! It’s beyond a joke that this should even be a thing! Do the people at the depot not have the foresight to plan in advance and work out how much an AO van can hold?! It’s honestly beggers belief! The collection has now been re-booked (3rd attempt), for Wednesday 28th. I just pray it goes without any further problems because I’ve already had enough!!!
Two false promises of delivery and then on the third date following a chat (with a nice customer service person) waited in all day (for the 2nd time, one day booked off work!) following text message confirming delivery for it not to arrive!!! Rang the next day.. It's Damaged!!! So they sent it back to Aldi. No messages no calls no apology, nothing. Now Aldi have sold out of the double egg chair we were sooo looking forward to.
First attempt at cooker installation they couldn't do it due to plastic clips and plastic socket cover in the hot zone. Fair enough but the same installers second time now said it's too near to the washer machine etc. It is a joke
Bought a Stoves Range Cooker via john Lewis and opted for the full dual fuel installation service & recycling of our old cooker. The delivery & installation was outsourced to 'EXPERT LOGISTICS' which from the outset was Uber efficient. Firstly liaising by phone, then by email (as picture required of installation zone) and finally to agree a date/time for delivery. Dual fuel installation carried out on delivery day by the same team - so no delays :) I had 2 text messages the day before to (a) confirmation delivery and (2) to give me 4 hr delivery window and a tracking link to the vans location.Installation team where polite, efficient, tidy and respectful of my property, taking away my old cooker and then going above & beyond to get my new one fitted, and then explain how it works!Superb faultless service
