It was very fast and the technician, TJ, was very friendly. He tried to change my turn signal light that was out but couldn’t get to it, so there was no charge.

I don’t understand lying to a customer

I went to get my oil changed and asked the guy doing it if he could possibly fill up my windshield wiper fluid because it was completely empty. He told me no, and told me it’s too cold and my pipes in car will burst. Even though it hasn’t been that cold. I brushed it off, whatever I’ll do it myself at a later date. However I pay for my oil change and notice on the sheet it says he did indeed fill up my wiper fluid. I check and no, he did not. It’s still completely empty just like when I came in. I do not understand telling me no for a service he said they do in fact do, and then saying on the final sheet he did. That’s weird behavior and I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Friendly and Fast

I came in for an oil change and Jacob took great care of my car. Communication was great and he had me in and out very quickly! He was super friendly and even notified me about my cabin air filter and changed that for me as well. I will be coming back.

Awesome staff

Since moving to Arkansas, this is the only place I use to get an oil change. The staff is so nice and helpful plus making sure you get in and out in no time.

Wrote one review about these clowns before on oil change now update.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Took these so-called “technicians” over an hour to perform a basic oil change on my 2500 Chevy truck. They clearly had no understanding of when, why, or how to properly service the vehicle. Despite my instructions to help, they disregarded me and added more oil anyway after checking per gm specs. Afterwards, the oil still didn’t register correctly.The next time I went for an oil change, I found out they had severely over-tightened the oil pan bolt — a rookie mistake that could cause serious damage. This level of incompetence is not only frustrating but dangerous. The management here is clearly unqualified and lacks accountability. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle. Absolutely worthless service.It was about a month after opening in Niceville Florida they did oil change. Do not take a chance if you value your auto.
