The few times that I've had issues with my car, the gentlemen were extremely helpful, relaying issues with a smile and always, always, willing to go above and beyond to make each customer's day (I've witnessed this with a some of the customers) so keep up the great job & service with honesty and a smile makes a customer to continue doing business with this particular site.
Derrick and the entire team were amazing!!! I was helped immediately upon my arrival. There were parts that needed to be ordered which means there was a bit of a wait, however, they made the experience enjoyable. I will be back for an emissions test soon and I know the experience will be just as great as before. I'm actually looking forward to seeing them soon.
1/15/2025 We spent almost $252.00 and still have a tire going flat and front-end pulling to the right. Tire rotation & balance ($45.00) and oddly (sad) it shows the low tire in the front position (but still low and not repaired at 26 lbs.). Tire pressures showed 26, 30, 35, 29 lbs. Why such a variance?. Also didn't ask for the synthetic oil upgrade ($36.00) did this happen because my wife brought the car in? Poor discretion at it's finest. Service was pretty quick...but at a cost obviously. Wouldn't recommend at this time.
I had a great experience at this location. Kam the service tech was amazing. He was friendly and knew his job well. Very informative and had a great smile. He seemed to enjoy his job.I had an expired coupon but they put a different code in for me. That was awesome! They all went above and beyond! Keep up the good work
