I visit the shop for oil change. The service is very quick. TJ was helping me to select the service that fits my car and was very enthusiastic and nice. Other staffs are also friendly and helpful. However, the wiper blades was quoted for $25.99/ea with BOGO free promotion, but it ends up charged me $28.99/EA. I didn't recognized it until I get home and look at the details in the receipt. Other than that, the service there is excellent?
My first time using Express Oil Change and it was an awesome experience! Austyn was very friendly and helpful. He had a genuine smile and was very informative. The service was done quickly and he made sure I knew what they were doing every step. Will definitely use them again!
I have been going to this location of Express Oil Change for several years. I’m still as happy with them as I was from the beginning. I took my automobile in for a brake job, as I had been told my pads needed to be changed. Elisa and her technicians looked it over and found that the pads and rotors were fine and did not need replacing. I was not charged for this inspection!Elisa Eric and her talented group of technicians is the reason I keep returning to this location of Express Oil Change for all my automotive maintenance needs!
Ashton was great, he took take care of us very well by explaining each and every detail of the car and shared his recommendations which made our selections very easy. It is hard to find staff like this. Hope you keep him and help him to grow in his career. God bless.
