Very easy and very responsive team. My son had stepped on a brand new pair of MJ sunglasses and broke the frame. The team quickly made the assessment, communicated often about the repair, what my options were, and delivered early on the timeline promised. Enjoying my glasses again.
I had a very poor and unprofessional experience with Eyeglasses Depot. I posted a review and with 5 minutes had 2 emails and texts messages from 2 different numbers demanding I answer their call (before 6am). One of the emails said my review is harming their family. My review wasn't emotional; I didnt call out specific people; I didn't use colorful language. Earlier emails were unprofessional. One just said 'Dun'.Updates:5:27am Email - Why would you do this? Absolutely amazing service! I had nearly given up on my broken glasses, but this company worked magic. The repair was flawless — fast turnaround, great communication, and real attention to detail. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. I’m so grateful I found them, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyewear repairs again!
Sent this "company" two pair of Maui Jims for repair, one with a broken frame, one with scratched lenses. I did not give them the ok to repair and asked that they be sent back and even paid for return shipping. They repaired anyway and threw my old frames away. When they called to discuss the man aggressively came with an attitude when I asked who was calling, things got worse from there. He told me I still needed to pay for my repairs and were not willing to correct their mistake. When I asked for my property back the man told me he could send my lenses back but that's all they're responsible for. The timeline suggests that they knew they were supposed to send the glasses back but did the repairs anyway to collect the money.
