Fangamer is trustworthy. I ordered Undertale and Omori for PS4 and they came in mail in good standing and no damage. If you don’t live in the US like me it might take 1week+ before your package is in ur mail. My order had no issues. From a happy customer. :)
I ordered the sans hoodie in an extra large but received it in a 3x. I’ve emailed 4 times to exchange it and it’s been over 2 weeks now. No reply. Not even a reply stating to say they’re busy and are working on it. Just SOMETHING to let me know I’m not forgotten. No phone number to call. This was the gift my son was the most excited about and he can’t even wear it. Very disappointed.
I've ordered a PC version of one game, but I've received the PS4 version. I was really disappointed and wrote several times to Fangamer, but at the end they replied and sent quickly the correct version of the game, saying to me to keep the wrong one. Absolutely appreciated, good consumers' care.
I ordered mid November, received message from dpd that they had my parcel a month later I hadn’t received it + when I checked with the tracking number it kept saying it’s waiting in customs. I received an email today saying the parcel has been sent back to them + it will cost me a further £5 for them to post it again
I have had a t-shirt on order as a gift since 3rd Dec. Was notified by the courier to expect deliv 9-11 Dec. When nothing arrived I wrote to fangamer which elicited an autoreply, saying responses take up to 3 working days. The tracking number gives me no more information. That is not acceptable in this day and age. My package has still not arrived and I am going to miss my grandson's birthday. Shocking complacency on the part of Fangamer.
Purchased items to ship to the UK one day after their Christmas delivery window ended. That's fine - I wanted them for the 31st of December.It's the 29th of December and they haven't even SHIPPED. I sent them an email yesterday and received an automated response telling me I would need to wait TEN WORKING DAYS before they would even reply to the email. I spent a lot extra on their expensive shipping and they haven't even packed it. Furthermore their response email said they were closed from the 29th of January to the 1st of January - how unprofessional can you get?
