Review Time
Since buying something from here, my email has been constantly getting DPD phishing emails. It is possible that this doesnt have to do anything with them, but funnily enough, my parcel was shipped by DPD so either fangamer or dpd have very poor customer data handling. Shipping took 1,5 months, product came in with errors so the total shipping time was 3 months + 30€ additional shipment fees not paid by fangamer.
I ordered November 21st. It still hasn’t shipped and today is Dec. 18th. I emailed on 12/12 and got a response stating they were packing the orders from the week I had ordered, so I thought it would ship last week. It has not. Sent two more emails with no response. I had a friend order December 8th, and her order is arriving today, Dec. 18th. Idk what they are doing over there, but it certainly has nothing to do with customer service and I highly doubt I will get my things, over $100 in products, by Christmas.
First time placing an order with Fangamer. I was extremely impressed. Placed my order on August the 08/28/2023 at 11:10 PM. Receive the confirmation order at. 11:11 PM. Shipment confirmation August 30th 2023 at 2:27 PM. Receive my package September 1st 1:30 PM. All my products were packed extremely well. All the packages I received were brand new and in excellent condition. I give Fangamer a 5 star for excellence.
My original order was lost once it arrived in the UK, but after prompt emailing back and forth with the team, they sent me a replacement which arrived not long after! Not sure what happened with these other people who claim they didn’t receive email responses, as I had no issue with communication. Thank you so much for your handling of the situation:)
It took about 10 days to arrive to the UK which was a little longer than expected. I ordered a physical copy of Stardew Valley, but not any accessories or other merch. The game seems to work fine, I'm about 5 hours into a game now. Delivery was straight forward, I went with the Fed Ex postage option and the tracking did work well on that once they had received it. The delay seemed to be with Fangamer handing it over as the tracking was stuck on we are expecting your parcel for a while. In the end it was delivered without a problem by Fed Ex, but the majority of delivery companies don't struggle with my address.
Maybe they don’t know how to address packages or something but after waiting weeks for my package, it was returned to sender. Getting customer service to respond has been a struggle and it has been weeks of unanswered emails. I think I’m going to have to charge this back with my bank because Fangamer just refuses to make this right. This was almost a $200 order
At first I researched fangamer to make sure it was legit, since I never really heard of them, and just ordered for the first time from them. I ordered a hollowknight kindred soul/spirit shirt and not only did it come in just on the date provided, but the quality is amazing and their service is good. The haiku bot is really cute too. I’m definitely going to order more from them and I am profusely happy by the product I received. The shirt also came with a little bag of albums/art too. Fangamer is amazing.
