Review Time
I bought an XL hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas. Every hoodie he wears is an XL and fits him perfectly, with the exception to this particular one. These do not fit as advertised. I emailed Fangamer on the 25th to exchange for a 2XL. After 4 days, they did not reply; so I sent them a 2nd email and I messaged them on twitter. Finally someone replies to me, but they say I would have to pay $20, which does not make sense to me because shipping on the original order was $12. I asked why is shipping more for an exchange, but they don't give me a clear answer and we go back and fourth for a whole day. I explained the hassle I went through to even get in contact with them, and I explained my confusion and frustration, but they never apologized or seemed to understand how I was feeling. I escalated the situation to Paypal, and I am still dealing with them.Don't bother with this company, they will not help you out when you need it.
Lowers prices before products actually ship. They mark purchases as shipped and won't honor their lower prices. Of course they can't offer the lower price or cancel the order because it has "Shipped." Poor customer service. Rude and money grubbing.
The site is definitely legit. Items arrived in UK after 1 week. I chose the more expensive FedEx delivery option due to the bad reviews on here. All I can suggest is if you are concerned about the items never arriving, don’t be a cheapskate and just pay for the tracked postage. Maybe make a bigger order so you aren’t paying 30 dollars for a 15 dollar item. The items (undertale figures) are genuine and boxed in branded packaging, NOT just loose in bubble wrap like you may expect from a jap ebay seller. 5 stars all round.
Still waiting on a reply from customer service 4 emails and 8 days later. I paid import fees in advance for the UK, around $35 for shipping & import.Yodel went to god knows what address (but not mine!) And then decided to send back to Fangamer after only 2 delivery attempts.Been trying to contact fangamer with no reply, now going through PayPal in the Hope's something is sorted. Would not reccomend, seems like there's no one answering their emails.
I would avoid like the plague. Backed an item through them and didnt receive any rewards. Basically they sent me the copy I could have purchased from the stores at release but the the amazing 50% extra for being a backer, thanks fangamer!100% con artists because they have the money well before I can do any charge backs.You have been WARNED your not protected and they know it!
I ordered in 2019 three vinyls from FanGamer and the service was excellent from A to Z. I received my order in 5 days in France without any damage. All I can say is that I will continue to order from FanGamer.--J'ai commandé en 2019 trois vinyles chez FanGamer et le service à été excellent de A à Z. J'ai reçu ma commande en 5 jours en France sans aucun dommage. Tout ce que je peux dire c'est que je vais continuer à commander chez FanGamer.
