Will send damaged goods as new

Recently purchased two of the same item from fangamer. They were both packaged appropriately and arrived in good time but were damaged. Someone at a point before packing them for postage had evidently run a blade down the spine of both items cutting through the cover and cover art...massively diminishing there value as a collectible item. I requested a replacement and or refund was told they would give me approximately 7 pounds back per item. They must have known these items were damaged when they sold them. I cannot speak for there other products but i would not purchase there nsw version of omori as they are sending out damaged goods as full price. First time buyer and i would strongly recommend against using.

Charges my account..

Never got a confirmation email, the website kept saying my payment wasn't going through....look at my bank account and it tried to charge me 40 times...big scam.

Scam Artists.

They don’t reply to emails.They don’t pick up the phone.They are evidently trying to scam me out of a purchase worth thousands of dollars.It’s been going on for two years now.Do NOT use Fangamer.

Brought things few times

Brought things few times, I used to buy Undertale stuffs on that page, each time arrived perfectly, especially the little post cards (which I like them so much) with purchaser's name on it, it was wrong with the first package, after I sent an email to them with my second purchase, I received like 6 of the cards with warm regards and my name on the back. I'm so thankful and happy they heard me! Fully trust of them!

WORST SERVICE

Definitely use this company if you want to give them a lot of money and then not give you the item that you paid for, and then not reply to any emails or phone calls about it. I'm talking about a period of not days, not weeks, not months, but an ongoing complaint lasting YEARS here.

Shipped and arrived extremely quickly

Shipped and arrived extremely quickly. It was estimated to take multiple weeks but took less than two to get to the UK! The plushie is great quality too. No issues at all. 100% would buy from here again :)

Ordered on November 24th

Ordered on November 24th, got an email saying it shipped on December 6th and I should have it on December 10th. Either package never made it out of their warehouse or UPS stole it. UPS doesn't have any record of the package reaching their hub, just that a mailing label was printed. I think this company is a scam. I've emailed customer service twice with no response back. Don't order from them you will be disappointed.

Good merch, awful shipping times

They have so much good merch for both popular and niche titles, but they've gotten so expensive. Shirts in particular have gone up $4 with no upgrades to the material or print quality. (OCTOBER 2022 UPDATE: Shirts are now up to $32... ridiculous)Also shipping times are ridiculous, stuff takes forever to actually ship out. Placed my latest order Nov. 26th and there's still no sign of it shipping. Yet their site says ship by Dec. 12th to get it by Christmas...yeah right lol.Overall the products are cool and mostly good quality, but prices are steep and shipping times are bad, especially since they charge for shipping. Seems like they could use more staff.
