Overall a good experience.

I purchased a couple of items over the 2024 Christmas break and it was generally a good experience.There was a delay due to the amount of orders they had received during that period, but an automated email was sent out to notify people and keep them up to date with the situation.Postage to the UK was relatively quick.Overall, can't really complain. I would consider purchasing from Fangamer again.

Scam company, beware

One of my buddies just had a terrible experience with these guys despite me begging her not to. This company is a giant scam. Dropping this here hopefully so someone else doesn't get scammed::Placed an order over two weeks ago and sent an email right away just to clarify my shipping address.I have not received a single response to my email and have not received an order update. There is no option to call these guys or contact them in any way other than email.Honestly it feels like I’ve been scammed by these guys, I go on their Facebook and Instagram and see multiple individuals going through the same exact thing.I’m at a loss now, these guys have my money, and have my wife’s Christmas presents and they’re holding em hostage without a ransom note.The whole thing is messed up and unprofessional, absolutely not how you run a business.For the record there is an option to edit your address on the site, but when you try, it just has you login over and over throwing you for a loop.Again, feels like a giant scam.

Really happy with my order

Ordered a scarf for my daughter not even that long ago paying the free postage option due to total cost and taxes so knew it would arrive after Xmas. It’s only arrived 2 days before Xmas! Also contacted customer service before hand with a question and the response was pretty fast. I’m in the UK just to add, these guys don’t get the credit they deserve. The item I paid for is high quality and definitely worth the price and small wait and I highly recommend this company for gaming items! Thanks

I can see why they dont allow comments on their page. I ordered a $40.00 tshirt for xmas for my daughter, 2xlw for women. It literally is a very wide half shirt or a 15 year old. I emailed over and over and they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back and pay for shipping back to me. They DONT answer emails besides the standard computer generated responses and that is TWO WEEKS after you send them an email and have the nerve to tell you to respond to them quickly or they wont take it back for exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY MONEY FOR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!

Company would not provide a return…

Company would not provide a return authorization despite multiple attempts to contact them.There is no other way to return items.Update: I filed a chargeback with AmEx. Fangamer tried to dispute it by saying I hadn’t returned the items. My bank initially ruled in favor of them but I compiled extensive documentation showing they didn’t allow me to return, and now the bank has ruled in my favor. Awful that they have such bad business practices and then follow it up with more lies.

I ordered on 12/1 and they had not…

I ordered on 12/1 and they had not processed the order 11 days later. There was no notice on the website they are lagging in processing orders. Instead of working with me they just canceled the order and completely ruined my son's Christmas wish list. Their customer service is horrible and they are an unreliable company that did nothing to solve their issue.

Disappointing D-Dog Plushie

I was eagerly awaiting a restock of the MGS D-Dog Plushie from these guys. Sadly what I just received tonight via FedEx is pretty poorly made. Several loose threads and a couple loose stitches, his nose doesn't have enough stuffing so it looks like someone punched his muzzle in. His tongue is crooked. His right ear must've been cut wrong as it appears to be permanently misshapen. His eyepatch is sewn on crookedly so part of the scar of his missing eye peeks out. Worst of all he's quite hunched over to the point he looks less like a dog and more a lil old man with a failing back. It amazes me that this is a genuine article because honestly the bootlegs floating around on eBay etc look way better than what's on my shelf.The other plushie I bought from these guys was great, *and* was also produced by Symbiote Studios for them like this D-Dog was...so I have no clue what went wrong.

Customer service is non-existent. They stock things sporadically because their business runs on FOMO. Worst merch company I've ever dealt with by far.

No customer service, dollar store quality at collector prices. One of the plushies was even missing its limbs 🙄 Finally had to dispute though my card, no response to request for return refund until chargeback was filed, then I received a threatening email saying they’ll ban me from ordering in the future if I continue with the chargeback. I’m not sure what part of this process they thought would lead me to ever buy from them again? lol I forwarded that email to the dispute team too. Laughable at best.

Have been actively ordering from this site for about a year now. Here are my thoughts.

Have been actively ordering from Fangamer for over a year now, one of the best sites I have used for stuff like this. I have spent over a thousand dollars on items from here, not once, not once, have I EVER had a bad experience. The stuff is pricey granted, however it is INCREDIBLEY high quality. I have about 10 or so shirts from here, and each one has stayed at the correct size and not diminished in its materiel, and the shirt prints quality is something I have not seen from anywhere else. These things LAST. I could go on about, and I cannot stress this enough, the absolute sheer caliber of these items. The plushies have lasted, the posters are crisp and have no pixelation whatsoever (I would recommend frames but that's my opinion). The pins (except one which I WILL get to) are the main pins I get for my board because of the contrast from these to something you'd find at a store, these ones are noticeably better design wise and even grade wise. The drinkware has done me so incredibly well and is easy to clean. The figurines have been perfect each time with amazing packaging, the lenticularity of lenticular posters and pins have been wonderful. The physical copies of games have not once been damaged. The vinyl's I've purchased are incredibly presentable and they sound amazing, and even when they don't, I just take a quick video of any skips, contact them, and they send another one for free if you email them within 30 days of it being delivered. And hey, guess what happens if that vinyl skips too? They give you a full refund (excluding shipping but still). And they do this for everything. The pin I mentioned earlier? Quickly contacted them about it being defective in paint, not even 1 day later, boom. They told me I'd be getting a free replacement. The customer service can be a tad slow sometimes, but every time they have been so, so incredibly kind. Not just customer service but the mailroom too! The mailroom folks are so amazing, want more stickers of a certain thing in your order? If they have them, they'll throw a bunch more in! Wanna ask them a question? I've seen them sometimes write something on the back of a little note. Even the social media folks are truly splendid! Have a question about restock dates? If they have one, they'll answer! Overall, these are some of the best people I have bought from.Now let me go into con's.This list is going to be shorter, but I feel like I should be honest here. At some points, the response time for order help is VERY slow, which while understandable, is still a bit irritating. However most of the time they respond within the 1-3 day estimate given. Next, the shipping price even in the US can be a bit high, and due to the state I live in charging taxes, it adds up quick, and as much as I commend them for their items grade, I still must admit that they are quite pricy. Only get something on the more expensive side if you REALLY want it (seriously, 70 bucks USD as a base price for a zip up hoodie). Also, the restock times are a pure gamble if it's gonna be either VERY quick, or VERY slow. Compare the ENA plushie, it went out of stock in around mid September of 2024, Yesterday, as of writing this, it got restocked a few days over a month later. But then compare it to something like the Yume Nikki Vinyl that took around 9 months, or the Mettaton Ex Posable Figurine that took more than a YEAR. Granted, vinyl's take a while to print, and they were looking for new people to buy the figures from, however still, that is a VERY long time that most aren't going to be willing to wait. This can also be a bit nit-picky, however, they don't have sales much. Last year they had a Black Friday sale, and this year (as of writing this), they have had a summer sale. During the Black Friday sale, orders being sent out took a pretty dang long time (at least for me). However even still, the response time was somehow really good (this was when I contacted them about the pin). During these sales, it's free shipping for US, and discounted international shipping. Black Friday had a reward system which ended up giving me a 30 dollar gift card so that's neat! However during these sales, only a select few items go on sale sale. Mostly things that were a bit harder to sell, or items they'd have a bit of overstock on I imagine.Even with those cons in mind, I still 100 percent absolutely recommend this site. Everything is amazing quality and though it's a bit pricey, I have not once experienced buyers remorse on any of these things. Please do give it a shot if you're willing to. You will not regret it.
