I personally don't see what all the fuss elsewhere is about. These guys are on top of everything! The quality is spectacular and from what I've seen, every time someone had an issue, Fangamer asked them to reach out so they can get the issue sorted! I love this company and hope they can keep doing what they do!
AWFUL Ordered on December 10th No item, the tracking doesn’t update, I emailed them multiple times- no response Submitted a chargeback with my bank, which fan gamer have now disputed?? When they haven’t even sent the item or have the decency to reply when contacted. Now they are just delaying a refund. Scammers and absolutely awful customer service. Trust all the other bad reviews and spend your money elsewhere.
I placed an order and it was cancelled without reason, the payment was processed and I have not been refunded.I had to realise this by entering the order on the page since they do not even notify you when they cancel the orders.
Disappointing Experience with FangamerI ordered the game Faith from Fangamer, and while they were quick to take my money, their follow-through on customer service left much to be desired. My item was lost in transit with USPS, and instead of helping resolve the issue, they shifted the responsibility onto me. As the seller, it’s their job to handle claims with USPS since I don’t have the necessary information to file a claim myself.Adding to my frustration, their listed phone number appears to be fake and routes to an unrelated auto-response system. It’s impossible to reach them for proper support.I expected better accountability and customer service from a company like Fangamer. Until they address these issues, I would caution others about purchasing from them. If something goes wrong, you might end up stuck without your item or a proper resolution.
Order was made 3 weeks ago. No receipt was emailed. Reached out a week ago, ignored. I understand the Christmas rush, I understand busy customer service, but I draw the line with not even acknowledging the money that was sent. Am forcing a refund through the bank because it's the only action I can take that isn't ignored.
Ordered a gift December 26th. It was shipped on January 6th! I emailed them and they did not respond until the 6th, when they shipped it. Ridiculous. I need it for the 8th and obviously it’s not going to be here. Definitely won’t buy from here again.
