I ordered the Celeste Vinyl Soundtrack Box Set (€150.96) on July 21, 2025. The vinyl arrived damaged. Fangamer promised two replacements, but both FedEx tracking numbers (#391682233614 and #392379857403) were fake – never scanned or updated. After 1 month of silence, they offered a laughable $15 refund, which is illegal under French consumer law (Articles L216-2 and L216-1).Only after threatening legal action and a chargeback did they finally agree to a full refund – but this should never have been necessary. Their customer service is unresponsive, dishonest, and unprofessional.Avoid Fangamer unless you’re prepared for:Lost or undelivered packages (with fake tracking numbers).Partial refunds that violate consumer rights.No accountability until you threaten legal consequences.Update: After public pressure, they refunded me in full. But why should customers have to fight this hard for basic rights? Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.
Copyright strike my ebay listing with photos I took, description I wrote, no copyrighted information used. Assured me it wouldn't happen again, to repost the item, of course it happened again. What a shady company. I would never support a company submitting copyright strikes against people out here trying to sell their items on the second-hand market. I spent my own time to clean, photograph and list this item. I guess they hate their fans.
I ordered a Collector’s Edition of a game and the locket music box came busted, it’s out of tune. FanGamer’s own website states that they’ll work to get replacements on damaged items to customers and instead, when I placed a ticket, they refunded me $20 without any consent or confirmation on my end and then told me they couldn’t replace it and that I was confused. I’ve canceled all other orders with them and want to warn people not to buy their products, because if something is wrong, they will not help you.
Item arrived before expected date. The recipient (a 14 yr old) loved it beyond expectations. The size is perfect for snuggling and the quality of the production/manufacturing is well worth the CAD $ price. The item is half the size of a well built 14 yr old!! So happy with the purchase ❤️ Thank you. I only wish I could upload photos!!
I didn't get my product as promised, although it was on my end I did reach out for a refund. The product was returned to the sender and I asked for a refund because of this. Although they responded with (one) email sent from an employee, they did not respond further. If they do in the future it's probably going to be weeks/months later. I want my $44 back please!
they seem to be censoring genuine, verified, negative reviews. i had a negative experience with two of their products and almost a week after submitting these reviews they still arent actually on the product page. they leave negative reviews up when they relate to something other than quality (ex: ‘the size runs large so 1 star’), as well as stupid sounding/stupidly written negative feedback, which reeks of strict info management meant to manipulate potential buyers.my reviews were straightforward and clean so theres no legitimate reason why they shouldnt be on the site.
Paid for an order a week ago over $120 spent still have not received a response to the status of an order. This is the first experience I have ordering from this site fan gamer at this point I'm realizing this is a scam beware of this site hopefully I can update this review with a conclusion better to my experience. Sent a few emails over the week with no response took the money perfectly fine but then gone no response to an order that was placed shipping date nothing highly suspicious site
