Review Time
Stated my product was delivered and never was. Sent email and stated to get with my local USPS. Resent screenshot of tracking information and still no response. Left phone number, 2 emails and still no response, no email. Very disappointed because my son was looking forward to this item for his birthday because it’s always out of stock. Really upset about no email or phone response. This was also a first time purchase and will, unfortunately never buy from this site again. My son is a HUGE fan and loves the websites, but can’t buy from site because of this issue.
Delivered to me within a week! Received a very high quality plush (one of the best I've ever had!) and pin set. Was shipped within a day, and, while it was slightly more expensive on the EU site than the US, it was totally worth the money! Shipments can take longer during public holidays and other rare events, but its understandable, and worth the wait. Recommend, 100%!
Ordered the Stardew Valley CE, they did say deliveries would be within 2-3 weeks.After that time the item was shipped, arrived earlier than indicated. Everything was as described and very carefully packaged.Shipping and tax are expensive (and some items aren't available on their EU store sadly) but that's not their fault.Would love to see the selection expanded on the EU side of things but other than that no issues.
