I received my Sophie Joanne opal flower ring and it is gorgeous! I ordered on February 4 and was not expecting it until March 4. To my surprise it came on February 20!! I am located in New York City. What excellent customer service from Finematter. They definitely have a beautiful selection of quality pieces.
I was scared of buying such an expensive ring from a website -especially not knowing my exact size. I got a lot of help from Alex in customer support. She sent me a ring sizer immediately and helped me convert the size to American sizes (since my ring was from there). After it arrived and it was slightly too large then Alex quickly arranged for it to be picked up and resized. It took about a week longer and I got it back in the perfect size. Really happy with the customer support and with the ring.
This organisation was exceptional. Its customer service is exemplary and I was thoroughly pleased and delighted with my purchase. The jewellery (necklace) was customised to my needs and was prepared and dispatched promptly for my wife's special birthday. Only let down by DHL failing to deliver on time. Not the fault of Fine Matter. I would highly recommend the organisation and would certainly consider using again.
I ordered a bracelet from Finematter. According to the website the bracelet was going to be delivered within five days but it already came two days after. I am very impressed. In addition, it arrived in a beautiful box from the designer. I would highly recommend Finematter.
I found Finematter after searching on Google, and saw they had some good press, so decided to try them out with some silver jewellery I had that a DIY silver bath wasn’t able to clean to my liking.They sent me a very well-thought out and easy package for sending them the jewellery after I filled out their easy-to-use online form, and sent the jewellery off.It came back earlier than expected and exceeded my expectations. All the minor scratches on my silver ring had vanished and a difficult to clean necklace looked brand new.Overall, I have been delighted with this service and couldn’t recommend it enough. Will definitely use again.
