Our experience of booking our holiday to Bali was stress free as Rachel Smith was so helpful and knowledgeable as it was our first time going to Bali we were a bit apprehensive as to what to expect but Rachel guided us and gave lots of options and information to help us decide where to visit and which hotel to stay.
I booked to fly Turkish Airlines from South Africa to Scotland. Flight Centre advised me to pay an additional fee to secure an emergency seat for more legroom. This I did and obtained a receipt. I also requested a wheelchair. When checking in, Turkish Airlines claimed they did not receive a request for a wheelchair. They also did not give me the seat I paid for as I was apparently too old to occupy an emergency seat. Flight Centre refuses to reimburse me, although I paid Flight Centre on their poor advice. This has been going on for 2,5 months now.
The Flight Centre have helped us with travel arrangements for a number of years now. FIRSTLY in Brighton and latterly in Horsham. Always very friendly helpful and efficient consultants.Daisy in Horsham has certainly lived up to this .
