They are just scammers ,giving false prices online and when you pay online they send email ,in which they will tell you that ,you will be emailed within 2 hours ,about your e ticket and then they start calling you on the number given by you.They will tell you that it is not possible to get a ticket in this price,as you know and they can provide a ticket with different price.And that is how they block your money and force you to pay the full price of the ticket at the last moment.
This company charged me for ticket then told me that the name was incorrect and that it was my error because it had Mr Mr x 2 told me and I needed to upgrade the ticket to get the ticket printed and or pay for a name change. As the tickets were not printed they could simply be changed but looking at other reviews it's a scam to get you locked in.... I have booked with airline direct. I now will have to make charge back to get my money back if I'm charged as it's only pending at the moment which indicates they never had the ticket to offer or the price available. Ticket was £600.
I believe this company uses a what’s called a bait and switch scam. I booked and paid for flights only to receive a call saying the outbound was not available at that price, my fault apparently as I used a third party site, (how I did that I have no idea) They tried to sell me a one stop flight, instead of a direct flight at additional cost. BE AWARE
Jennie Smith from customer service was very helpful and polite but would i use this company again? I’m not so sure. They lure you in with the promise of cheap flights but then contact you a couple of days later saying these tickets aren’t available, thus having to pay more to confirm the tickets. Dont get me wrong i did think the original tickets for a non stop flight were ridiculously cheap so wasnt surprised to have to pay more. However i am quite happy with the price we’ve ended up paying so time will tell if i use this company again.
