AVOID - SCAM WEBSITE - tickets prices DO NOT include luggage, they will call you the next day to Inform you of this and ask you to pay double your original payment for the tickets - IF you don't need luggage, they will refuse to issue you the tickets and claim you are on a 'waiting list' and to wait upto 48 hours before the flight for confirmation. Never heard such rubbish in my life - reported to trading standards, ignore all these fake positive reviews.
Initially I purchased my ticket from the site then I realised I have to make some changes after calling the company I was very lucky I was connected to Mr.Ebrahim he was very patient, polite and understanding and he helped me a lot which made my booking experience very pleasant I definitely use the company and my sales person Mr.Ebrahim again and again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEIR FARES DO NOT EXIST made a booking using Mastercard 3D verification. They called telling me emerites was seat only although booking confirmation said economy I told them just issue ticket i paid for which they agreed to do. Low and behold today had email saying credit card payment wasnt 3D verification so couldn’t take payment What a joke only reason they didnt take it (payment had been pending for 5 days ) was they couldn’t fulfil the fare paid for
I recently booked a flight through Flight World, and the payment was taken from my bank immediately. However, they called me 24 hours later to say that baggage wasn’t included with my ticket and asked me to pay extra, even though no such information was shown when I made the booking. As a result, I had to cancel my ticket. I strongly advise avoiding this company for any holiday bookings — really disgraceful and totally unacceptable service.
