The whole thing is a total scam from start to finish. Promised e-ticket in 48 hours. At 72 rang up trying to get more money out of us which we refused. Just informed us that they are unable to issue the tickets as the quoted charge was a "soft charge". I had already contacted Thai Airways who told me that the bookings never existed on their system. Their purported head office is in a block of flats. The whole scam is run out of a call centre in India.I think if you check the reviews that they are generating themselves. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have already complained to the relevant authorities. They also keep rebranding by slightly changing their trading name. This is a long running scam.
Made a booking, then receive phone call saying flight price is a super saver price so no hold luggage but can upgrade to get luggage. Only going away for a couple of days so hand luggage is fine. They keep phoning everyday saying waiting on cancellations as there's no seats available at our price. Still advertising my flights online but telling me none available unless I upgrade to economy, Emerites don't do super saver only economy and it includes hold luggage. Got money back today, I will not be using this company again and advise others not to
Avoid with a passion, found these On a comparison website selling cheap tickets to Dubai £850 return from Newcastle flying with emirates… emirates says on there website that all economy tickets come with 30kg luggage as standard… no mention that you have to pay extra for luggage however the next day flightworld rang me up and said the tickets were for no baggage and it would cost and extra £670 for baggage and if I cancelled tickets they would be non refundable…. After reading reviews it seems like this is common practice from this company, don’t make the same mistake and avoid I just hope the tickets are legit and we actually get accepted at boarding
SCAM 100 percent They lure you in with prices that are way cheaper than any competitor. These prices are without any baggage allowance or meals. They will prompt you to pay with debit card. Once they have your funds they email to say you have been placed in a cue. When you ask about luggage and meals they will tell you that your ticket is non refundable and will charge you double your initial amount. If they have issued the tickets and you paid via debit card you will not receive a refund and your bank will not issue a chargeback. When you speak with them their operators will use vividly western names but once prompted they revealed that they are Indians calling from an Indian call centre.
