Booked a retirement ticket with British Airways through Flight World. Received a call from their agent to pay extra for Luggage a it didn't included Luggage (which was not me robbed earlier). We asked them to issue the ticket but it's been third day that we have not received the ticket. They are a scam. Please avoid using them.
Scam alert…..Everything from the first place was a scam. They put the cheap price on website not showing beforehand that it is a promotional fare and after you book it, they keep calling you to upgrade the tickets and there is no seat available, making excuses saying that you are on waitlist and the seat is not guaranteed, which never happens with any airlines. Very bad experience. It’s just a trap for making you pay extra for an upgrade. They even have English names when I can clearly tell by how they speak that they are not.
I booked my flights back in November and was told to call just before my flight in January to arrange seating allocation and check in. Bella Watson was super helpful and so easy to assist in my seating and check in it was almost like having a personal assistant.
